If you are receiving the message "change to a larger hoop", if you know the design is well-within the hoop size, A) make sure your two screws that attach the "A" arm to the machine are tight. If they are and you still receive the error message, then complete remove the "A" arm from the machine and then re-attach it. This should reset the hoop sensor.

When I change the frame the camera scan button is dark and won’t let me select it, have you encountered this issue before?
How can I do this when my Valiant just keeps saying switch to a larger hoop before I can even do this step?

Hi Jerry, I have a babylock enterprise 10 needle. I am so intimidated by it. I have luminar 3 upgrade also. Ew to embroidery.
