I can't use sniper because my fire button doesn't work if i aim at enemies. But it works in other gun's idk why. Can someone explain it?

Well, it depends. If you mean like it doesn't hipfire (like shooting without scoping in) it's probably because you're using the custom layout and have hipfire on for guns but not for sniper.
