Peanut Oil मूंगफली का तेल - 2 tbsp

Chopped Green Chilli हरी मिर्च - 2 to 3
Grated Potato आलू - 1
Grated Bottle Gourd कद्दूकस लौकी - 1 cup
Rock Salt सेंधा नमक - 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder काली मिर्च पाउडर - 1 tsp
Peanut मूंगफली - 2 tbsp
Chopped Coriander बारीक़ कटा हरा धनिया
Clarified Butter (घी)
Dahi Chutney

Mint Leaves पुदीना
Greeen Chilli हरी मिर्च - 1 to 2
