hi IT WAY, small doubt pls. so if an AP has 8 spatial streams, does it mean that 8 devices can talk at same time ? or is it still an half duplex culture ? pls clarify me that and on OFDMA. if possible pls write me an answer to cajay.190@gmail.com thanks
just getting into Meraki, I have one Meraki Go, z3, and a MS120-8. the last two i dont have lic for it, the site changed, can i still do the webinars to get a free one and lic?
Hello Joan, we purchased 6 New Cisco Meraki MR42-HW devices, but when we tried to claim the devices on the meraki dashboard it says that the devices are already in use. How can we resolve this issue, please assist.

Most likely that happens when someone else already claimed the devices in another organization, you can have more info regarding this problem in the video with the common mistakes. You can see it down here:

I should add new branch offices.
At the moment I don't have the devices in the offices yet so I don't know the serial number or licenses.
In advance I would like to do these two things:
1) What I would like to do is create a "bubble" for each single branch office.
2) Assign to each office to local users so they will only see their organization and will be able to configure the various devices independently, could you help me with a document or a video?

Hello Basco,
You can create a network for each branch and most of the configurations will be separate ( except the organization-wide configurations). Additionally, you can create administrators and assign privileges just to the networks that they will administer.
Regarding the device configuration before having them, you will need the serial number of them in order to add them to the dashboard. If you have the order number and you were the one who purchases them, you can call Support or your Sales Representative and they can help you to get it beforehand.

Hi, after entering serial numbers,when will the dashboard asks for enterprise license code?
Hello @Adhi,
The dashboard will present a license problem banner if you add the device to the network. You can have as many devices you want in your inventory but you need to have a license for any device attached to a network.
@@TheITWay So I purchased a used MR26 from a local store around $40 with the 5GHz antena broken. I have attached a three years MR license for it. Can I someday buy a brand new MR access point within those three years, and move the remaining years left to the new MR AP? I’m currently using Per Device Licensing.
