Amazing! I have been WIDE AWAKE for 36 hours due to pretty severe anxiety. I literally was either laying in bed or on my couch the entire time and just could not fall asleep or nap or anything. This is just what I needed!

I'm so sorry for your loss, my mum passed away last year and it's hard to find any sort of comfort, I too find asmr helps - be kind to yourself and allow yourself to just be where you need to be in that moment x

MillMills ASMR hey girl I know it’s been 4 weeks since you commented this but I can’t help but feel for you because I know so many loved ones who suffer from body pains and they can’t find any medicines that help but CBD so I just want to ask if you’ve tried CBD it is legal an I’m not sure if you already know about it so I won’t go into detail but I really think If it’s something you struggle with then you should definitely look into getting some form of CBD to help your pain and relaxation I know it’s helped me sleep before and helped my awful awful period cramps and so many of my loved ones❤️ best wishes

I love this video 99.9%... My .1% that I disliked was the bright light from the lamp. I tried watching this on my phone and computer and it was too distracting for me. But that is okay though, I just close my eyes and listen to your voice and sounds! Great job!

I used to work at Mitchell's salon and day spa as a receptionist and this reminds me of the spa in there. I used to go in the spa side and sit and just listen to the esthetician because it made me expericence asmr. Love this video!!

I hated working there lol! The asmr and the 50% off any services was a plus though. But they made us get out hair done every month, we weren't allowed to have roots showing. If we wore sandals, we were required to have a pedicure. I was 20 living on my own, I barely had money to live let alone have any services done like that, even after 50% off. Lol

I actually do both, usually in my role plays I mess up the talking and have to go back and redo it😊
