You Need Oil to Be Ready for His Coming The second point to highlight from the parable of the 10 virgins is what it takes to be ready for his coming. As we mentioned earlier the biggest part of being ready is about being filled with the Holy Spirit. By the way this requires more than just Sunday morning. It’s what do you do the rest of the week that matters the most. Your growth in Christ will happen most outside of church. This is where you prepare your heart to be ready for Jesus’ coming. Clearly the ones who took extra oil were prepared and ready for his coming. Those who didn’t were not. So even though they looked prepared in reality they weren’t ready for the bridegroom. I can see what you mean about the "telescoping". It took me a while to understand how The Antichrist could come riding on the white horse at the breaking of the first seal conquering and to conquer. "And I looked, and behold, a white horse. He who sat on it had a bow; and a crown was given to him, and he went out conquering and to conquer" Revelation 6:2 But then looking over at Revelation 17:12-13 the ten kings give authority to the Beast. 12 “The ten horns you saw are ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but who for one hour will receive authority as kings along with the beast. 13 They have one purpose and will give their power and authority to the beast. Revelation 17:12-13 Clearly one has to read the entire context to understand the timeline.
The answer to that question is that there is no Scripture that says anything in particular about children in the rapture. But there are some Scriptures that say something about children. There are many in the gospels. Jesus said regarding little children, "Of such is the..." what? "Kingdom of Heaven." Jesus said, "Suffer the little children to come unto me and forbid them not." Jesus said, "These little ones are mine." Now its my personal conviction, my personal belief that in the rapture every child that is too young to have made a conscience, willful, rebellious, sinful rejection of Jesus Christ will be taken to be with the Lord. I believe that it would be just the same if a little child died before he reached that age; he would instantly go to be with the Lord. David’s little boy died (2 Samuel), he says, "He cannot come to me but I shall go to him." He knew where he was; he knew he was in the presence of God. I believe when the rapture happens all the little kids that are under the age where they made a conscience, willful, sinful, rebellion against God, where they willfully turned their back on him, I believe the Lord will just take them right with us. You say do you believe that about the children of the unsaved parents? Yes, that’s just my personal opinion cause the Bible doesn’t say. But, if Jesus said, "If anybody offends one of these little ones, it would be better for him..." what? "That a millstone were hanged around his neck and he would drown in the sea. Blue Letter Bible shows that there are something like 14 Greek words for the English word then. Only three of them could also be translated as the English word and. I see that one of those three is used quite a bit in the Book of Revelation but in many translations it is translated as then as opposed to and. If you substitute the word "and" for the word "then" in several of those chapters that you mentioned, it totally changes the connotation and nuance. Thanks for all you do. I can't get this type of iron sharpening iron from most christians or even my own Calvary Chapel church.
Where in the Bible does it say that all children will go to heaven? When babies, young children, and those with unique needs die; they are with the Lord immediately (2 Corinthians 5:8, Luke 23:43). God is not silent on this topic. Scripture speaks. Therefore, you can know with absolute confidence that you did not “lose” your baby, child, or loved one with unique needs. What age are children held accountable by God? This includes seven in the Catholic Church, and eight in Mormonism. Other people put the age of accountability at 12 (since that was the age at which Jesus began to demonstrate his understanding of right and wrong) or 13 (the age of the Jewish Bar Mitzvah).
The Bar/Bat Mitzvah didn’t come about until the 13th century, AD. If we are speaking about accountability, why would they not be considered accountable in Exodus 30, but they are in Matthew? These are two ends of the same dispensation.

I listen to Pete’s channel and other watchmen while mowing (12 hours a week), while preparing dinner or cleaning up after, while driving, in the evenings instead of regular programming on main stream channels, even at night when I wake up and can’t go back to sleep.
