We may face the problem of ATM failed transaction, while withdrawing cash from ATM. In some cases, cash is not dispensed from ATM, but our bank account gets debited immediately. In such cases, a complaint can be easily registered with the bank branch.

Hlo sir mera account Axis Bank me hai but mai 9 July ko punjab national bank ke ATM se 6000rs nikal rha tha paise bhar aane he wale the tabhi ATM ki light chli gyi or paise nhi nikle or mere account se paise kat gye maine wait kiya whi 2-3 min me light vapus aagyi but paise nhi nikle uske bad maine vapus ATM me card dalke 500rs nikale vo nikal gye but 6000 nhi nikle uske bad maine apne costomer care per call kiya unhone bola 24-48 ghante me paise ajayenge but nhi hai fer maine complaint ki toh unhone merko 5 din ka time diya ki paise vapus ajayengi but 5 din bad bank se ek msg aata hai ki (UPDATE: ATM Dispute ID SAK000004*** with RRN 11901943*** is rejected since transaction found successful as per records. ) Uske bad maine vapus customer care ko call kiya toh unhone level 2 ki complaint dali or bola ki 17 din me apke paise ajayenge but aaj fer ek aisa he msg aya aaya ki paise nikal liye gye hai sir pless helpppp meeeee😭😭🙏🙏 ki aab mai kha Complaint kru 🙏🙏🙏

Sir mene 15000 ka amount 2 bar withdrawal kiya tha lekin atm se ek bar hi pesa nikla he lekin account se dono bar debit ho gya or branch se 24 hour me credit hone ka bola tha pr 2 din ho chuke hai par refund ab tk nhi hua hai to aage kya karna chahiye ab.
Aap refund application submit kar dijiye.
