Article 25: Freedom of Conscience and follow one's belief.- Khan sir has the right to follow whatever religious practices or beliefs he wants to follow according to his conscience.
Article 15: The State shall not discriminate on the grounds of Race, Religion, Caste, Sex, Place of Birth. - So, on the legal grounds, Khan sir has the fundamental rights and he cannot be discriminated as a teacher on the grounds of his religion, caste, etc.
Article 32: Right to constitutional remedies.- According to "Quo Warranto" writ jurisdiction under Article 32, the Supreme Court can ask "With What Authority", this means only an authorised person has the power to ask someone's identity when required. So, Khan sir can use this fundamental right and he can only share his identity to an authorised person or any other person as per his own discretion.
As per Information Technology Act, 2000, in the Section 66A, there were two words "insulting" and "annoyance" that were used as "Reasonable Restrictions" of Article 19(1)a. But later by the "Shreya Singhal vs Union of India case of 2014", these two words were challenged because these words were arbitrary and law can never be arbitrary or ambiguous, law must always be clear, so the Supreme Court struck down these two words and declared 'ultravires' or 'null & void' by the Doctrine of Severability.- So, the offenders cannot take legal action against Khan Sir on the ground that he has said something in his video that is "insulting" or "annoyance".
Article 13: Any order/action/legislation/amendment which violates/abridges/contravenes any thing in Part III (i.e. Fundamental Rights) of the Constitution of India, then the judiciary will protect the citizens and declare the order/action/amendment/legislation as 'ultravires' or 'null & void'.
