Most companies pay lip service to valuing customer feedback, but PolyChrome truly demonstrates that they care. The dev team is approachable and engaged on their Discord, and even if someone requests something they can’t (or won’t) do, they take the time to reply and explain why. But at the same time, you see them actively working on and implementing features in response to customer requests. i've got the pluggin since day one and it is far the best pluggin that i have ever used. i bought another pluggin from a different companie today since they are having a sale 50% off. but i came right back to Polychrome. the customer service is fast and responsive thanks to Luca who resolved my issue in an instant. it keeps getting better i caint let my guitar down.

A small request for a future update: if the tuner could open in Mute mode by default that would be great! And maybe make it close when you click anywhere outside of the tuner window rather than having to hit the X specifically.
Absolutely LOVING the suite!!
It should save your last state, so if you leave it muted, next time you open it should be muted 👍🏻

Such awesomeness! The tuner is great, thank you for that! I wonder if it is also possible in the future if we can have the ability to use our 3rd party IR's. A lot of us has gotten used to using IR's. Many thanks as always!

Thomas uses an Ableton effects rack for this, there’s various other ways you could do this with your Daw. Such as having two instances running in different audio channels. Pop on our Discord if you have any questions 👋🏻
