WWE 2K24 Patch 1.12: Full Details, AI Fixes, Buy Persona Cards, Plus New Locker Code! (Patch Notes)

- A new patch 1.12 update is now available for WWE 2K24 that is said to address various problems with the AI encountered in the previous 1.10 and 1.11 patch updates.
Patch 1.12 is said to address serveral problems with the AI including players targetting the wrong opponent in tag team matches, the inability to perform outside dives, picking up and dropping weapons and general instances of the AI becoming unresonsive.
Alongside the changes made in Patch 1.12, MyFaction has also seen an update that makes the Becky Lynch '18 and Chad Gable '16 Persona Cards purchasable via the Card Market, however players will need to fork out 117,000 VC for Becky, and 90,000 VC for Chad Gable.
To show the cost of the cards, this video breaks down the VC needed and the overall cost to purchase each card.
Other updates in today's video include the release of a new MyFaction Locker Code that rewards players with a WWE SuperCard Enigma pack, containg Sapphire cards for Joe Gacy, George The Animal Steele, Isla Dawn & Nikki Cross.

The game crashes when I try to save my created arena on the PS4.
Something they need to fix is that clothes line Corbin does where he slides out the corner of the ring and back in. Do it on a corner with ring steps and you just stopped by the steps.
Any word on the logo glitch, ie logos being saved over on caws? This has stopped me from downloading anything on cc, uploading images or even using the creation suite

Focus on UPW dropping a beta test in august or september and dropping the full game in 2025 in the second quarter .

@@WappsPlayzI felt the same way before because there was a bug in the game where the legend difficulty was not applying properly which 2k has fixed like 2 months ago...recently i have been playing on Legend difficulty with custom sliders and the matches are extremely hard and realistic.
@@EliteDeathSquad even if I turn up the reversals it's still isn't challenging. But when I played wwe 2k19 I turned up the reversals and it was more challenging

I am glad that they made the AI more smart (i.e: Removing the announce table, Waiting for your moves wisely etc..) But they need to fix them in ladder or MITB matches aswell.
Myfaction is not worth spending any real money at all unless you're hell bent on grinding for higher cards lol.
They should really just release a pack with all the persona cards which is probably the main reason a lot of people play the mode
2k is insane, those cards are wayyyy too expensive, they buggin , it is mot worth it at all
The thing is, neither the Becky or Gable persona cards are worth buying especially Chad's without the American Alpha theme. If the Rollins 14 becomes available, it's probably worth the purchase if you want to recreate The Shield in 2k24

Facts! I only got Gable because i thought i might as well use the MFP’s for a model I could use outside myfaction. I wouldn’t have paid cash for it. I even had to change is motion as 2k had his current motion by default even though the correct one is in the create an entrance options. Seth was the only one i wanted due to him having a different theme and tron that is locked unless you have him. I won’t pay cash for that either as i still got the other games with the shield models and entrance if i feel nostalgic..lol

This is the reason why I'm glad I'm the kinda player who couldn't care less about who's on the roster cause I only play with my created characters. It's ridiculous that you have to spend money and hours on boring modes just to unlock characters. As someone who only plays the career modes and nothing else it would've sucked if I cared bout the roster cause that means I would have had to play through the Showcase modes😴

I hope they fix the error of the caws or attires that deletes the personalized image and I have to put the image back one by one at every moment
Something I've seen since the game came out. I made a ticket but they said there was no proof...when the AI climbs up to do the 10 punch or slam your face into the turn buckle over and over again it freezes up and just lets you go. Seen it in all modes but forget to get a recording of it.
I've never been a guy to say "I'm not buying the next game" because I knew deep down whatever predatory practice was happening, I was gonna be a sucker for, or at least I'll get enough time out of the game to justify the cost. After 2k24, I'm not so sure. I played it much less than 23. The practices are getting substantially worse and the quality of the game is declining. If the DLC wasn't spaced out like it was, I'd never come back to 23. It's unfortunate. I really think I'd be better off just modding 2k23 or 19 to keep everything up to date.
19 is my favorite game, I really only play 24 for the GM Mode

I’m glad they fix the AI issue but there’s still more bugs that aren’t fixed yet
Before this patch I noticed that the Special Guest Referee Championship victories were included as Regular Face/Heel victories instead of Championship victories. Hoping they caught that and fixed it (or will fix it soon)
Which other series always breaks and fixes stuff once a month like 2K does with these games? It's been this way for years it's insane.
I'm hoping they find a fix for the image issues! 🙏🏾 I have issues where every time I play the game I have "35 unused images" I delete them.. then try to download someone that has like 3 images and they'll tell me I don't have any space left as I can't go over 1,000 images..

Those were available before today’s patch, I got the Chad Gable with 100k MFP last week but it will take a minute to earn enough for Becky. I’m not paying cash but will get the ones i can scoop with MFP. I agree its way to expensive or time consuming to acquire them all.
Like before the patch 1.12 i have some other crash in the same place in the same way which is in Community Creations when i start to download a creation whether it is a superstar or an arena it crashes again
Like I said before they just need to let us play a couple of matches to unlocked Becky or Chad gable , instead they want us to pay money to get a character that should already be in the game.
I wish they would update and add the hair glitch back in and make it official…and have championship belts under your dam jackets hoodies etc.

Next match he comes out the belt over his coat , looks so stupid 😂🤦🏻♂️ and the thing is on they can make it go under a coat or jacket just not on caws or if you edit an attire

I don’t understand why they can’t have the VC earned when you play the game via other modes show up in MyFaction like it does for NBA? Would be a WAY better experience for all players

Ai doesn't reverse grounded rear seated attacks. It just keeps eating it. Also,when you press control+L+I to make them seat in that position, it sometimes hit them with supine/prone attack instead😮

I hope they also fixed the AI MITB cash-ins too, because if a wrestlers were to cash-in after a match has ended, the match would continue but the superstar with the briefcase won't show up, so you can pin your opponent again and again and again
did you know that if you do a run in against cora jade, you can actually use her prop as a weapon from her entrance
The NBA 2K MyTeam mode does the same thing. Looks like it has infected the WWE games

2k listen some times I don´t have the patch yet but I guess the glitch where the game swap images in caw is still not fixed then. When you have a face scan it swaps it out for a image from another wrestler that can be total random I have a face scan for a wrestler replaced with a flower tattoo from another wrestler that you can´t remove in the middle of the face.
You can unlock both without spending anything. Just buy with MFP. Will take a good amount of grinding but at least its free

Even if we can buy persona cards it’s still highway robbery that they cost that much knowing we should’ve had the ability to unlock them by using any card we have instead of using specific cards that you’d have to spend money to get
It’s almost like these parts I want cards are really not worth unlocking now. Look at people wanna play my act and go for it I guess, but I think you all are severely overestimating the value of my action and these little persona cards. if you want to genuinely enjoy the game, my suggestion is to not touch my action play a fun mode like GM mode or you can have a cool universe mode at least have fun with it
They should cost two bucks for a bundle or something costing that 10 bucks. Nothing more
@@nolandeaton1355 if it’s cards like the hogan action figure or the demastered cards I can understand how we can’t get them for free but if it’s classic versions of superstars or updated ones like the final boss version of the rock then we shouldn’t have to pay money for them or we could unlock them in a easy not spending money way knowing majority of those persona cards won’t be in the base game for next year and for the rock we’re just gonna have to wait until they add the current version in 25

i wish the ai would run the ropes and hit the ropes by themselves at times and patch in crowd chants for roster edit. all superstars have generic chants like fight forever and its wrong
Should fix the constant crashing when downloading caws cant enjoy this game when trying to download anything causes my game to crash on me
My A.I tag matches are still going to the corner and staring at the opponent . also when an opponent is on the ropes they just stand there and not move . this is after the new patch

The Becky Lynch & Chad Gable Persona cards were available on the card market before the latest patch update.
Those personas max should be $10 each.

I hope the AI being unresponsive when doing the corner 10 punch or face smash was fixed as well.
Good news are, Persona Cards also can be earned with MFP and it seems it isn't a time limit to buy them so you can grind MFP in MyFaction modes, specially in 2v2 Tag matches.
Let's hope 2K has fixed the hair issue too, or plans on it by the DLC drop.
The custom videos for the titantron aren’t showing up for me in exhibition or universe mode it just show the wwe 2K logo

I haven’t played since before the punk pack was released, because they have royal screwed up universe mode yet again, and haven’t done nearly enough to fix it. My faction seems to be there focus as it is every year cause that how they hook those all important whales.
Paying 10 dollars for the pack in September with 7 "new" characters (overall Jade, Lee and Lyra are the only new ones in the franchise) or should I triple that for just one character that is already in the game. Can't decide 🤔

I enjoy the grind on 2k24 the only persona card i thought was crazy to get was the rock 24 as that was a lte and imo ltes are a cancer
I tried a tag match now, looked fine at first but when I pinned one of them, his tag partner entered but didn't break the fall and I won the match..

I wanted to be able to buy Persona cards, but I'm not paying $70+ for 2 wrestlers. $1-$2 for one in the PlayStation store or wherever would help 2K more in the long run in my opinion.
I like that they are adding persona cards to the shop, as it’s a good way to get money from players that what the card but don’t like my faction and would rather not play it to get them. Although, each card should only be like 2 bucks. 5 dollars maximum.

2K really think i got mrbeast level profits, ain’t no way i bought the game for $110 (i got playstation taxed) and then pay $31 and $24 for 2 characters 🤦🏾♂️
But if it’s just a reskin, with nothing special about them, there is no reason to feel like you missed out of you don’t. Everyone complains about online or the servers, but I never play that way. My complaint on the abortion that is MyFaction is simply because the resources could have been spent better elsewhere…but the reason they weren’t is because 2K knows it can make extra money this way.
My CAW’s move set completely deleted and chose random moves that I didn’t have set and this has been saved. Anyone else ever have this happen?

So persona cards costing nearly half the price of the game means no more console wwe for me. You can unlock everything free on PC.. and you can mod by yourself with no issues with the online network.
