Used to go to flea markets with my dad when I was a kiddo. Always fun to see all the cool and wacky stuff. Even if we didn't buy anything, it was always a good time to spend with the family. Really cool to see you find some goodies!
You're about 2 video appearances away from official La Croix sponsorship. Awesome to see you hanging out with your kid, though! Nothing beats one-on-one time with your kids.
Love the family content. Sick in bed and this brought a smile to my face. I’m 14 and recently brought my dad into Pokemon. The family bond just makes the hobby so much better. Poke TH-camrs like you inspired me so much to get my dad in. We have a great time growing our collection and making profit here and there together. Thank you so much for the awesome vids and inspiration! Cus at the end of the day family is all we got.
I sell at my local flea market in grafton sometimes and while you’re unlikely to find hidden gems I find it to be the easiest way to find a community. The people I’ve met are so nice and I always make sure I’m giving accurate prices based on TCGplayer even if I’m not making money. The overall atmosphere of my local flea market on a good day is quite nice. True northeastern country life
Me and my 2 bros grew up in the 80's during the era of GI Joe figs, Masters of the Universe, the original Star Wars figs and various other collectibles that are so valuable today!! Between the 3 of us, we literally had every figure and playset for every one of the aforementioned sets. Obviously we couldn't have known them these toys would become super iconic and collectible in the future and as u can guess saved NONE of them. That is why when I buy figures and playsets for my own son now, I store these toys away in hopes the same applies to all of his favorite toys but will reap the financial benefits that possibly await him in the distant future lol. Wishful thinking!!!
Would have loved to see more of a close up on the zapdos because it was first edition shadowless error (yes I understand the error is common) but even in a psa 7 that was $350 for $200 so would have loved to be able to better judge the zapdos if it got closer to the camera - or better yet brought home haha. Much love man
One of your best video's ever man. Love the market, also amazing to do it together with family. A lot of cool stuff, nice people and bringing back memories 🎉
Its pretty cool man, I watch mostly for the poke part of the vault but I'm always down to see things that are a little different. also more content with Ryan and Nick when you can is awesome
i love seeing videos like this man! i used to go to flee markets and garage sales with my Mom, and even now we still go every now and then, but seeing all this cool stuff is awesome! i would always hunt for Gundam and most trading cards, but even when you dont find anything your looking for, you still see some pretty cool/nostalgic items there. again, love the channel and the videos!
Good luck on your hunt Sean . It’s so cool you bring your daughter along for the adventure a special thing to share 👍she is the spitting image of your wife
I like watching these vids seeing you interact with us common folk😉 Next one see if you can pick up a power ranger megazoid I look forward to your Vlog of card party later in the year
Love the flea market hunts! Can't wait, moving back home next month and theres one nearby. Used to go as a kid, now I can't wait to go back to hunt for some pokemon!!
Me and the old lady have a market we frequently hit on the weekends. They have a pretty decent pokemon booth that we love to stop at! Love the content, do what’s comfortable for you. We’re just along for the ride 🫡
Great vid, man! Would love to see ypu do more of this kind of stuff. I love swap meets, flea markets, thrift stores, etc. Never know what you'll stumble upon.
Keep doing this videos bro! Trust me they will pan out and you'll find that diamond in the rough out in the wild! Can't wait to see it! (We all look for the gems and I only wish I had a camera rolling every time I found one!)
Yooo I remember those power rangers toys!! My grandmother bought me and my sister one each! I think I got yellow and my sister got pink. What a throwback 😂
I had that Darth maul (5:30) toy as a kid (btw born 1997 so I grew up with prequels but my mum also put me on the original trilogy first on VHS (remember those 😂). Sadly I lost my Darth maul figure which is a shame cus I was really fond of it
Limoncello LA Croix?! You, sir, are a man of taste! You gotta make a trip out to Frank and Son in the city of Industry man. That would be a cool video. Great lives with the gang the past couple of days man. Keep up the good work and inspiration!
We're in the same age bracket. Lol So anything vintage in the toy area, is kool to see. I've thought about doing a channel about hunting for vintage toys and collectibles. Sorta like what you were doing just around my area and a lil beyond. To me it's in the same family as Pokémon Collecting just kinda like the twice-removed cousin. Lol😅
With the internet (and specifically the smartphone), you’re really not gonna find any good deals on sought after stuff. Even (ESPECIALLY) old people understand cards and their value to people. What’s worse is that most of them are too effing stupid to realize that you have to look at SOLD values and average that, and THEN you have to lower the price around 15% due to fees. THEN, you have to not factor in shipping as “average” (people are dumb man, what can I say?). You can find deals sometimes sure (usually it’s from people needing their fix soon in whatever vice that may be); but the truth of the matter is that most people either have this stuff all mapped out before opening shop (the good way) or they pull their phones out (the annoying bad way… you need to do that crap before as the onus is on the seller dumdums!). Semi-rant over; but ya, the internet screws up just as much as it fixes in a lot of cases. Good luck out there!
"$2 a piece but, we can call it $5 for the pair.." WUT
I was about to comment on this. Does she not know the definition of “couple”?
Lol or the 1$ yoshi
Haha
Piper is the best navigator and planner for these misadventures, where would Sean be without her!
Used to go to flea markets with my dad when I was a kiddo. Always fun to see all the cool and wacky stuff. Even if we didn't buy anything, it was always a good time to spend with the family. Really cool to see you find some goodies!
I do enjoy a good day out. This is the true definition of finding things in the wild. I’m down for more of these videos!
Love the flea market hunts! gives me crazy nostalgia!
"In the mean time let me check the prices on ebay, god forbid you take 100s out of my pocket.." 2:22

This is why flea markets and yard sales suck now .

I love flea market videos. Finding good deals is always entertaining! Lol. I'd be down for more of this type of content!

I love flea markets! I used to go with my grandfather when I was younger. Haven't been to one since he passed. I enjoy these videos!
what a perfect day to spend your childhood memories with your daughter.
You're about 2 video appearances away from official La Croix sponsorship. Awesome to see you hanging out with your kid, though! Nothing beats one-on-one time with your kids.

Awesome finding stuff in the wild
I absolutely love flea markets and yard sales. When I come across pokemon, it's such a plus.
Absolutely love the video! I love flea market find and deep dives on toys of 70s, 80s, and 90s

After 15 years of not collecting and selling etc. coming back to this stuff is crazy. It’s so different now. Love this stuff. Keep it up.
Even tho there's no heater pulls, it's fun to see Shawn and the family going out to these types of events. The search can be just as fun!
This was wholesome! Loved seeing you explore the flea markets with your little one! Also those Power Rangers were sick! Love the dark Dragonair too! 💜
I think you should keep doing these videos. It's nice to relive the old days of toys and collectables
Love Fleamarkets!! And even more when the Channel turns into Princess Pipers Pokémon Adventures 😂
Would have loved to see more of a close up on the zapdos because it was first edition shadowless error (yes I understand the error is common) but even in a psa 7 that was $350 for $200 so would have loved to be able to better judge the zapdos if it got closer to the camera - or better yet brought home haha. Love the change. My mom has those power rangers in her basement from when I was a kid. They're played with but it brings me back.
Its pretty cool man, I watch mostly for the poke part of the vault but I'm always down to see things that are a little different. also more content with Ryan and Nick when you can is awesome
I say go for it. I’m from the same era as you and love finding vintage toys. Would love to see more of this.

Flea Markets, swap meets, whatever you call them they’re fun!
Limoncello LA Croix?! You, sir, are a man of taste!
You gotta make a trip out to Frank and Son in the city of Industry man. That would be a cool video.

We're in the same age bracket. Lol So anything vintage in the toy area, is kool to see. I've thought about doing a channel about hunting for vintage toys and collectibles. Ya never know what you'll find at flea markets!
Love the branching out and going to the flea markets. The trini is probably worth a little more because she is no longer with us.
I love these videos. I hope you do more and something like this at a collect a con or other LCS locations.
"They look like capital letter T's" 😂😂😂
Flea market hunting? Automatic like! Love to see Piper the goat!
The vintage toy pickups are awesome power rangers all the way but how bout some justice for Kimberly lol not exactly a look alike there 😂
I like pokemon content but I'm into vintage power rangers action figures tho
Damn I’m a massive Boba Fett fan and I saw a carded silver one there. At the same store as the vintage figures you bought

I never find good pokemon stuff at our flea market.
Adding layers is always cool!
Love it how your daughter has wrapped you around her fingers. 😂❤ Same here tbh. 😂
I need to hit up some flee markets!
I never see pokemon stuff anywhere in my city.
I dig and thought it was a natural segway for your brand of videos. I’d def watch more like it👊😎💪
Inflation prices hit also flee markets.
