Paritta(Auspicious) Chanting at Kushinagar

- This is a 20 min. chanting of Parittas by Venerables Ajahn Chandako ( Vimutti Buddhist Monastery, NZ ), Ajahn Meng ( Wat Pah Ratanawan, Thailand ) and Ajahn Mettiko ( Muttodaya Buddhist Monastery, Germany ) in a Sri Lankan Temple at Kushinagar or Kusinara, a town in India,where the Lord Buddha entered Parinibbana.
The acoustic in the temple dome was great, hence the echo was 100% original, without any added sound effects.
Now with Pali and English subtitle, we can understand the meaning of the chants.

The english translation and the uniform voice modulation is most beautiful; even if the words are not understood they carry certain vibration, so listening to them thorough whole body mind concentration brings benefit. gratitude~

Wow today I just realized that every time I drink alcohol my body hates it. I’ve been listening to Buddhist mantras on and off for 12 years. I also practice meditation on and off. I wanted to be a nun since I was 8 years old. And I love being Buddhist.

Why when i recite paritta a Lot of Wind starts? AM i reciting wrongly or in wrongly conditions?
I am not sure how you recite. But to my knowledge, on certain occasion, the Devas & Nagas around will show some signs when they feel happy.

So, I have a question, as a non-buddhist yet, can I listen to this, per say every day, or quite often? Is there any restrictions about the daytime, nighttime, certain days when this chant is not desirable to listen to?
