- "Leave Well" features Helmerich & Payne ("H&P") employees and members of the Helmerich family reading the letter that Hans Helmerich wrote to employees in August 2013, concerning his leadership transition and the state of the Company. After more than three decades of service, Mr. Helmerich retired as CEO in March 2014, and was succeeded by John W. Lindsay.
