To be honest I never heard of The Warning until one day YT recommended this video to me back in mid 2019. So, some 5 and a half years after it was released. Now a proud Patreon supporter of theirs without a single day goes by that I don't listen to The Warning. Just something special about these three amazing young women that has me a lifelong fan. Peace.
I'll be honest if you would have told me when I first saw this that these three little girls would one day be my favorite band I probably would have laughed at you but here I am now a hopeless The Warning addict and I am loving every minute of it!
Welcome to the ‘Warning’ rabbit hole, Jimmy. I hooked into these three beautiful senoritas back in 2015, when they first hit the net. I new in an instant that they were going to be Big. Check out their second Ted talk 2017, with three of their own songs. Love these girls! They’ve brought a whole new meaning to RnR. 70 year old rocker here...
There is a video they made maybe a year ago of them critiquing this performance. It is hilarious. Also, you realize they were doing this over and over and over until everyone did it as flawlessly as possible.
I wish I had followed them when I first watched this vid, but I didn't, even later when I knew they were working on their 2nd album, why bother? most of the bands nowadays sound the same. I finally decided to check them out last December... man, I fell down the rabbit hole really hard.😀
Second time I've seen this performance. From the very first hit of the hi-hat right through to the end, Pau is 100% on point. She was a great drummer since the beginning. Not just good for her age, but an actual solid drummer. I've played with far worse. And I'll say this - bless little Ale, and her prayer. Very sweet. And Dany - well, she's come a long way. Her James Hetfield scowl is great though.
This was recorded so they could sent it to their Grandparents to show them how they were progressing. Luckily for all of us the file was to big to e-mail so they loaded it on TH-cam and sent their Grandparents the link. That link was discovered by millions leading to the invite to appear on Ellen… the rest is history. Hard work and determination meets with good luck.
They uploaded this vid to YT so their grandparents could hear them play. They were totally shocked when it went viral and started racking up tens of thousands of views in just a few days. They left on a family vacation the day after it was uploaded and didn't know it was blowing up until a couple days later.
The Warning where an independent band until August 2020 when they took 7 month to signed with Lava Records. Buy then they already had two full albums released (XXI Century Blood and Queen of the Murder Scene). Error, their third album is their debut album with Lava.
Can you imagine HOW PROUD their parents most be?? Not only one or even two of their daughters are talented musicians, and could have some different grade of notoriety, but ALL OFF THEIR DAUGHTERS, the three of them are equally talented, all of them are already rock stars and just at the begging of their career when they’re just getting to adulthood and the three of them are a team together, are all the members of their own rock band that is gaining big attention from all over the world!! Can’t imagine ANY OTHER PARENTS that could even remotely have big reasons to be prouder than them. 👍🏽
Originally recorded to share with grandparents and extended family. Dad uploaded it and they left on cruise with no internet, got home and it had gone viral. Jimmy, there’s a great cover of Atlas Rise by them at The Whisky a GoGo a few years ago I’m sure you’d enjoy.
Even at the ages they were when this was done, you can see the potential in them. The focus, the attitude, the skill....it's all there. I kind of worked backwards in my researching The Warning. I started with Error and saw this video later and I'm amazed at the progress they've made. They were really good then, and as you know they're amazing now. They're on the cusp of going huge.
The story goes that Dany practiced her James Hetfield “angry face” in the mirror for a couple days before this. The three of them got to react to their own video (this one) at MTV studios last summer and it was quite hilarious. Dany said she had been practicing being angry at the wall. This is recorded in their basement mostly just to send to their grandparents. (Nice artwork, just bought a shirt!)
Dany did an impressive job with the solo back then. It makes me wonder why she never really solos in their original songs. Their music is all really good regardless.
Enter Sandman by Metallica: a very good cover of The Warning, even though they were little, they already had great talent, today TW, they are the best rock trio, they are energy, passion and strength, the best live rock group, with time they will be legends of rock history
As impressive as The Warning is, you should check out Voice of Baceprot (VOB) too. And try to imagine what they would have to work against. This is from a recent concert, I could not locate their original from some years back: th-cam.com/video/OU420zwX7do/w-d-xo.html or Killing in the name (RATM cover): th-cam.com/video/_LXGja3T4v0/w-d-xo.html They have also added originals to their repetoire: God, Allow me (please) to play music: th-cam.com/video/WPVo_QyS0Hw/w-d-xo.html School Revolution: th-cam.com/video/4aZX-C8HKJc/w-d-xo.html
Won't be blocked!!! th-cam.com/play/PL3IHEFyypHXHaPJn5kjvULpZnwN-QUcQm.html This is a link to separate videos for their Lunario CDMX concert in Mexico City. All of the songs are from their Queen of the Murder Scene concept album, except songs 4, 6, 10, 13, & the last song which are from their XXI Century Blood album. QOTMS tells a complete story and should be listened to in order, or you won't understand the musical masterpiece it really is. XXICB was their first full album, and QOTMS was their second album, their latest album is Error Dive deep, because they have an amazing catalog of songs, and not a stinker in the bunch!👍♥️🤘
A classic piece of film and a great part of their history and evolution into the superb band they are now. 🤘 Been enjoying your dive down the various Japanese female Rock and Metal rabbit holes so gotta say that the band that introduced me to all that great music and bands was Babymetal, one you haven't experienced yet but would enjoy. They are unique and epicAF and even have their own genre of Metal - Kawaii Metal. They have been going 11 years and produce stage shows like no-one else. It's the deepest of all the rabbit holes...it's referred to as the Fox Hole! I'd have to recommend a couple of their classic big concerts and you know we haven't led you astray on the likes of the Rock goddesses that are Band-Maid or the Metal goddesses like Nemophila and Lovebites so please put these on your no doubt ever growing list of Japanese female bands. 'Headbanger' at Legend 97 concert - th-cam.com/video/QEsOaMbNFww/w-d-xo.html and 'Road of Resistance' live in Japan - th-cam.com/video/zTEYUFgLveY/w-d-xo.html both are METALAF and EPICAF! They also have a show finale which is better than the ones I saw Metallica, Maiden and Rammstein do live and it is beyond epic if you enjoy Metal finales of epic proportions...and who doesn't? Tempted? hee hee hee...go on then...'BABYMETAL DEATH' at Legend 97 concert th-cam.com/video/VE34mRpi6Qk/w-d-xo.html . 🦊🤘🤘🦊
Would love to see you react to their cover of lady gaga's" born this way" it took place probably about the same time as this ES cover or maybe even earlier but it is so dam crazy what paulina was doing with her drumming and to see little Ale hold down that disco groove is so damn entertaining here is a link th-cam.com/video/U9vcTHguRCs/w-d-xo.html in the video description it says dany was 13 pau was 11 and ale was 9 years old.

This was the first video I ever saw of The Warning, that was back in 2015... I've been a Fan ever since!!!
Dany was 14, Pau was 12 and Ale was 9. Funny how the baby sister became the tallest sister
9,11 &13. Amazing. ❤
14, 12, and 9 years old and ready to conquer the world! 🤘🤘🤘⚡⚡⚡😍😍😍
I love tiny Ale’s bass line
The Sisters Villarreal have one of the best hero origin stories in history. And as humble as the day is long. 🤘⚡🤘
Love how fierce Dany is. 😠

Almost exactly my story as well. 😊

I wanted to step back and see where it started. So cool!
@Jimmy's Random Content Yes it is very cool to see where they were and how far they have come and wonder how far they'll go!
That was great and your response was mine as well!
14, 12 and 10. 🤘🏻🤘🏻
Ale was only 9

And they said rock was dead, I beg to differ..Cheers!
Just think of how many adult drummers that can’t play and sing at the same time and Pau is doing it at 12 years old and good too!

Eight years is almost a decade ago, but it still feels like just yesterday. Watching videos of DPA growing sure does put time into perspective.

Super impressive!
If you learn the back story, 2022 was TW tenth year on stage. They had already done numerous concerts by 2014 when that cover came out.

That is crazy luck! Good for them, sometimes the universe just makes it happen.
@@jimmysrandom but for the limitations of e-mail… would we know them? Intriguing question.

I think I started somewhere in the middle.
Everything just sounds so good. A lot of bands can play the song. They had great tone on all 3 instruments. That is a great cover for grown adults.
they were 9 12 and 14
