Translation:
Oh MadirAkshi, I have an intolerable mental turmoil, a sadness caused by Madan (Cupid). What shall I do?
Oh girl, with the face of a cool moon, lord PadmanAbhan has no compassion for me now. Hence I am tormented by Kaman’s (Cupid’s) arrows (of love).
Oh, good looking girl, the enticing moon makes all the people in the world rejoice. How come to me alone it gives abundant sorrow? . Has my lover forgotten, all the amorous adventures he enjoyed with me in private, so soon?

It's literally a 8 minute long spiritual experience for me. I have trouble of falling asleep at night. So for the past few days i just listen to this with my eyes closed and idk sort of imagine myself sitting under a waterfall surrounded by lotuses. This song is so calming and peaceful but at the same time it makes me feel this inexplicable energy. And don't even get me started on the beauty of the composition i can talk about it for days. Everything is perfect. This isn't just a song it's an fatal addiction.

I've always maintained that the electric guitar is a perfect instrument to play Carnatic music. Now I have a video which i can show people when I tell them this.
This is definitely inspired from DT's 'This Dying Soul'. Fortunately they took the good parts of the song.
The guitar riff at around 3:10 ish is clearly inspired by This Dying Soul. Beautiful stuff though. I keep coming back to it. :)
Kudos to Agam for clearly producing a better drum sound that Dream Theater these days. These drums are sick man. Love the drumming and especially the sound. Also the guitar tone is sweet!
If I remember correctly, they do state that DT is a strong inspiration for them. Also, Yadhu's killer drumming skills form the core of the band's brilliance, I feel. It keeps them all tied together so perfectly!
I mean how good are drummer, lead guitarist and of course, the vocalist. Agam is the real deal.
