Interesting to hear a bit of the history of Lords Electrical and to have Euronics explained...It seems to make a lot of sense for all involved, Euronics, Retailer & Customer alike. We have lots of Euronics associated shops here in Ireland. I imagine Lords is a great place to shop...you certainly give a very good impression.
I always find your videos so informative. More importantly, you tell the truth. My mum buys all of her electrical goods in her Euronics shop in Pwllheli. They are local to her and have always been extremely helpful. Now that we know that Lords Electrical and Euronics are the same company, that is so reassuring to know. Another fabulous video.
I never heard of Euronics and looked it up for where I live. Euronics is in Belgium represented bij Krëfel, a former family owned business that was sold in recent years to the French group Auchan. Their baseline is (in Dutch) “The best price, service included”. I have different appliances I bought there and “service included” is indeed something they do quite well. About the best price I’m less convinced but a good installation, explanation and a flawless after sales service are more important to me for appliances I rely on every day than saving the last Euro or Penny 😉
