This isn't Sprime's first mouse, they are Ninjutso. When they were advertising this mouse, they accidentally copied the marketing of the Ninjutso Sora word for word before they deleted the Tweet, also they even use the same dongle shell, dongle PCB, firmware signature and scroll wheel.
Hey! I had a feeling they were the same brand but I haven't been able to find definite proof, also Sprime used a bunch of stuff from Pulsar's website originally too so I was a bit confused on who Sprime really was. Thanks for the info on this!
The PM1 is quite an interesting mouse! A bit small for my 23 cm x 13 cm hands but this thing seems like a top performer though I'm almost always using my own skates (typically obsidian, obsidian jade or obsidian pro). Nice video as well
@mel0nFPS How did you fix the RMB squeaking? I'm having the same problem on my WLmouse beast X (which uses the same Omron Opticals) when I click towards the right side of the button.
@mel0nfps hey Melon, i was in your chat a couple weeks ago and we had been talking about the sprime when you were streaming. I ordered it on March 30th. They havent sent it and they havent responded to a single email that i have sent to them. I have also requested them to cancel my order which they havent done either. I tried to order the mouse on release and the same thing had happened back then with a little more communication but after 3 weeks of them not doing anything with my order they finally cancelled it. Whats up with this company?
Hey! I'm sorry to hear this, do be honest I have no idea what's happening, both Ninjutso and Sprime have been radio silent for like 3 months now. I know a few other people have ordered PM1's and they've arrived but that was Korea/Jap. Not sure about NA orders etc. Wish I could tell you more but I have no idea what's happening either. Sorry.
very detailed review. wow 26 min. A few things i would like to add; 1) the skates on my unit were very scratchy even after break-in period. I had no choice but to replace them with dots 2) the lack of official news from Sprime about 8K dongle is a little frustrating 3) what sold it for me about this mouse is the lack of curves on the right sides. Its just so good for me to grip. I always struggled with curved sides even when i use grip tape. 4) the omron switches are god tier. I own close to 10 mices and nothing comes close to the crisp clicks of these omrons
Hi! I heard a few reports of scratchy skates floating around but I'm glad I have another report here. I think the 8k dongle is having the same issues as what's happening with the Sora V2. Both are made in the same factory and I believe the dongle is being manufactured there too, my guess is there's a major issue or a material shortage delaying the 8k dongles but I'll ask around and see what I can find. And yeah I've been sleeping on the Omrons hard, I'll have to try these switches in some other mice and see how they feel! Glad you enjoyed the video and thanks for the info!
Correction - there are lots of thin USB c cables on Amazon that work with this Mouse. Not as proprietary as you claim. Annoying yes, but $10 and 5 minutes of searching brought up a solution for my copy.
That is true however they often don't have the proper voltage and anti-interference tech as stock cables meaning they can have performance issues, especially on high polling rates. For charging I agree 3rd party cables are fine for the most part but for usage 3rd party cables can be kind of a lottery.
omg i just found this channel what a god quality review!, i will order Keychron M2 due to your good reviewed. i also order xraypad obsidian/jade skate and geckos/cicada grip. My old main mouse was G403, now im using VXE R1 ro. Any other mouse recommend for my hand(19.5x10cm)?
Hey, thank you very much for the kind words! In regards to other mice in all honesty if you like the R1 Pro stick with that, price to performance is insanely good for that unit,
@@mel0nFPS i love the hump very much. but i play with palm/relax claw grip, so i wanna try ergo shape. have tried attack shark r1 once (dav3 mini clone) its not suit to my hand and i think that M2 is different with others. I also order Xinmeng Butterfly MS301 (HTS+ Clone with $30).
@@ponniereview Hmmm I mean in terms of ergo rn the PM1 is my favorite, very good for claw grips due to the higher hump design. DAV3 has been my main for a while now but it may be too big for your hands.
@@mel0nFPS i wanna try PM1 too, but from what i read i found that mane users said their quality like plastic grade and any other else doesnt worth the price. However, the shape and weight is great.
Get subscribed so you don't miss the PM1's teardown coming next week!
wow explaining the contact zones with the parts of the palm was super helpful and easy to understand! thanks for the high quality review!
Glad the video was helpful!

No idea about the beastX, I haven't tried that mouse myself sadly. If your unit is having issues I'd reach out to WLmouse and RMA the unit.

Not a first mouse. Sprime is Ninjutso's brand.
Honestly a great review
