BLP is for real way too talented when it comes to wordplay. He almost combines the lyricism of old Gucci and Danny Brown with such a matter of fact delivery that it’s impossible not to sound incredible.
I heard BLP say a year ago that as soon as he got big enough to feel secure he would use his platform to speak truth and spread a positive message. Looks like he is keeping his word.

It’s definitely just a different kind of preference on music, not everyone is going to appreciate it like others do. blp brings the same shit but with a lot of old and modern references and dope metaphors, double triple and even quadruple entendres. It’s like a breath of fresh air because it’s not negative nor too pushy towards religion. More or so protecting what he grew up on and believes in which is respectable. I’m not even Jewish but his word play is similar to Wayne’s, definitely a hot take but Wayne got to really showcase his talent because of nicki, drake, and jay z. Blp has kinda just stuck to his close friends and other artists in his area. NEED I SAY MORE
