Sir i have a question po. Diba po sa example na yan sa AMBF "setback" po ang nag prevail dahil siya ang mas maliit. pero bakit po sa book padin siya naka depend. Sabi niyo po diba, kapag PSO lang ang nag prevail tsaka ka lang magdedepend sa book, like yung sa ISA at USA sa book po sya kinuha. Thankyou po :)

Hello Jandre. Thanks. Yes, the AMBF that prevailed is the one with setback applications. Hence, the PSO should be computed. The ISA will be by the book because it is the maximum you can apply on site. Then the USA will be adjusted to include the excess open space resulting from the smaller building footprint. :)
