Yeah but the problem is when you reached 3.3k hero power when you win you only get +8 or below but when you lose you lose -17 hero power so it's hard to get 4000 hero power.

Too many delays to be in banned he can literally be countered with cc heroes just like jh.if he needs to be in ban list they must adjust the delay of skills
I think he's already nerf at this point his sustainability isn't strong like before and you need to fill up the gauze for heals. As you can see on this video Jawhead just wrecked him. If they didn't remove the pulling effect of his 2nd skill, he will be viable.
