Great opening drone shot...This new town is almost too pristine! But located in the foothills of the Judean Mountains make the architectural topography more interesting..In a few years, the lush greenery will help mask the boring sameness of the Projects.......very very suburban...! Moshe Safdie where are you? Israel needs you more than Singapore and China...Come home...please! Nice walk on a Summer day!

Beautyfull place , as everywhere in Israel. But , where is the people of Shoham . Is anybody living there??
In 2018, Shoham had a population of 20,990. I believe he is filming in the heat of the day. People generally tend to stay indoors at peak sun/heat afternoon hours during the summer. Also, this was filmed on a Sunday, which is a regular working day in Israel.

Looks well designed, orderly, and peaceful. The pastel artwork at the building complex in the beginning was so pretty, a really nice touch. When you walk, you cover a lot of territory and provide a great tour.

This area seems good to be lived in. But I like Tell Aviv better. Have cheapest price of markets and shopping malls all around. But also have well branded of shops doing real promotions within the markets.

מצטער להגיד אבל כל המדינה שלנו בניה אותו דבר ללא שום תכנון אדריכלי ... כל עיר ועיר בנויה אותו דבר בדיוק ץ אשדוד אשקלון חדרה נתניה ירוחם ואילת ולא משנה מה כולם עם אותו עצים אותו אבני מדרכה .בניני מגורים עם אותו עיצוב שבלוני ,לא תמצאו בנינים בצבע אחר או תכנון בנין מגורים שונה ..גם המתנסים שיש פה כולם אותו דבר גושי בטון מצופים בקרמיקה . גם קופות החולים נראית כמו המתנסים . יש משהו שגוי בתכנון בהבנה ובקבלה שלנו שכולנו מסכימים שזה ככה וחבל. רציחתי להגיד לך שתבןא לצלם באשקלון אבל ...אשקלון נראית בדיוק כמו שוהם חדרה נתניה וכל שאר המקומות שצילמת ..

@Rigellion354 יכול להיות אבל זה מתוכנן בצורה נראית טובה יותר ויש מבנים היסטוריים מרשימים מהמרות הקודמות .ופה כמעט אין. גם מה שהונים חדש נראה יפה ומתוכנן יפה בץמבנים מפוארים מדשאות מזרקות וחיים אורבניים ירוקים . פה זה לא מתבצע
ומה הבעיה בכך? כל עוד זה אסתטי מטופח ונקי, זה הסגנון ארצישראלי, מותאם לאקלים מקומי.
