Mr turtle gamer how do I get better at UHC I keep forgetting when to back out and heal when would you usually gap or ghead

i honestly played it a bit too safe in this video, but I usually try to avoid gheading early on. unless i think that kill will win me the game, or if i will die if i don't ghead. i like to have at least 1 ghead for deathmatch. knowing when to gap just depends on your armor and their health/weapon. if they have more health than me when i'm at like 10 hearts, then i'll probably place water or web them to gap, just so i can equalize the health. unless u have rly good armor, then u shouldn't gap in front of them without getting some distance, otherwise a few crits would negate all healing that gap gives. sorry if this doesn't help much, but it kinda is just practice :
