    I'm a translator of English into Arabic, specialized in legal documents, I found this video very helpful. In addition to explaining the terms I may find in the documents I translate, I also benefit from the pronunciation of the terms. Thank you very much for the effort. I intend to watch all the videos. Keep up the good work!

    Thank you so much for the Legal Terms educational video! These wonderful Canadians are some of the most generous and best-educated people online. The audios/videos of Legal Terminology are some of the best on TH-cam, although the definitions are somewhat brief. I just can't wait for the rest of the letters. Thank you so very much, again!

    I didn't catch this was for a Canadian Legal System until about half-way through. A lot of these terms are synonymous with terms of the legal system in the US, minus some minor differences

    • @iRepMyself
      @iRepMyself  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes primarily Canada although most common law jurisdictions use similar terms

    I am currently in Intro to law. They are spelling Lex Loci Delecti. I am seeing it spelled as Delicti. Are both correct? I do not want to call out the instructor.

    Also- I wanted to ask anyone out there. For help and suggestion with how to disability retire early? It's hard on me to work after the effects of my crucifixion- and I still have 39 years left here on earth before I return home. I have been honest about being under continual mind control- etc etc. I have social security that I would like to access for permeant Retirment. If anyone out there knows? Please let me know.

    Does Canada and US have pretty much the same legal terms?

    • @iRepMyself
      @iRepMyself  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Most common law countries will have the same terms. Some terms may be slightly different from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

      They are used in law. They can be used to help law students or our primary target: self-represented litigants.

    I'm told the next couple of letters in the legal terminology series should become available within the coming weeks, and this video series is expected to be completed by the end of this year. Please do also check their excellent website - www.iRepMyself.com - for updates and to take advantage of much, much more very useful legal...information, especially for amateur/pro se "attorneys," as well as practicing professionals (even if you're outside of Canada). My guess- about the law firm that made the error to redact documents from the public. Easy- no taxation without representation. I am guessing the legal firm knew that the military was funded by the lucifer family- they used the pretense that it was privately funded. However- their error- I would have been the only person- that could have given permission for them to redact, and I never gave that permission.
