Dear brother Sri Rajesh ji, saprema namaskaaram!
Please study deeply and widely about Vivekananda. It can be seen that Vivekananda is not an ideal for Hindu society.
In every State (in Sangh parlance "pranth") where there had been prominent proponents of the whimsical idea that all religions are one, Hindus have suffered hell at the hands of anti-hindu, anti-national elements: Bengal, Kerala and Punjab are typical examples. In Bengal, the proponent of the illusory unity of religions was Vivekananda, in Punjab it was Guru Nanak, and in Kerala it was Narayana Guru. Truth will not be accepted by many, but truth is precious and powerful. There was a time when Mohandas Gandhi was held in high esteem by very large majority of Hindus. Nowadays the number of such people are diminishing day by day. That is the result of enlightenment, proper information and fearlessness to make public one's personal considered opinions. The same will happen in the case of Vivekananda too, if that popped-up personality is studied properly. I do not suggest to denigrate Vivekananda. Just give less importance to him and his ideas. Improper idols will spoil our Hindu society. Have a care. We have no dearth for great men and women. Rishi Dayanand Saraswati, Veer Savarkar, Bankim Chandra Chatterjee, Poojaneeya Doctor ji, Guruji, ... Need I go on with the list? We are the richest community in great men and women, right from the Vedic period to this day. Dropping one or two people from the list of "admirable" ones will not cause the sky fall.
Hope my observation will not fall on deaf ears.
