I think Sana's natural tone is actually lower than the voice she does all the time. In some vlives with Momo you can hear it. I love her natural voice. It's beautiful.
English is not my native language, and when I speak a language that is definitely not my first, my voice goes higher. I've seen some articles saying so, I don't know how well supported it is though. The articles say it's because the first language you are fluent with will always be more comfortable and natural to speak in than the language you learned.

You end up sounding different than you would in your native language because the language had a different "natural pitch." My voice gets a lot deeper when I speak Spanish and softer when I speak Japanese, though I am not sure if that is universal.
