I learned that while I may defend a friend in public, and even physically..I will probably not pick up the phone to 'hang-out' with you. Do I look like someone that commits to stuff? Unless it's something I wanna do,and it's almost never something I wanna do.
I'm 48 and worked as a barman for 9 years and a doorman for another 9 years. From watching people and from my own experiences I would suggest you need to be more careful about who you call a friend! We like to think life is stable, but it's not, in fact it is often constantly changing. People will come in and out of your lives, in line with what they need. A real friend is someone who cares about your well being. They might not do anything to move you forward in life, but they will not walk away if you need them and they will not do anything to harm you. However as an ENTP you will spend a lot of time thinking about things that they might not even consider so when I say they will be there for you it's in person, not necessarily to help you resolve issues, however you should be able to do that yourself. Get rid of anyone who takes more than they give, because they will take until you stop them from doing so and will not benefit you in the long run, it is better to have 2 or 3 good friends than to have 5000 people who only know your name! My best friends are people I have known for over 20 years and I only speak with them once or twice a week, because that's all I need and they know me and don't have a problem with that. However even though we are so close they can't give me a decent debate because that is not the type of people they are. We like to think that people are like us, but more often than not, it's not the case.
@@paulfadden8834 A lot of the people I hung out with were asshole leeches, yes. I thank you for the insight because that was very relatable. I'll be more careful when it comes to making friends.
The reason no one wants to keep being friends with an ENTP after a combative back and forth is because it gets nowhere. Nothing is accomplished. You ruffle feathers for your own sake of entertainment and then walk away expecting everyone to just laugh it off and be back to normal. It is completely self-serving. At least develop a thorough debate and set of points and logical arguments and, instead of committing like 14 logical fallacies and appeals to emotion, try to be the least bit concerned with actually accomplishing something and working together with the person your ruffling the feathers of. You might get somewhere... - An INTJ-A who can't stand ENTPs. 🤣
@@this_mfr You say all that as though we are like you or anyone else, then plan to go out and do what we do, then find an opportunity and choose to do it. What I'm not hearing from you is any understanding that, at least for this ENTP, that we get up each day and promise ourselves we'll be different this time and try to be more accepting and let shit go, but once we're around others the instincts cause reactions and we've already headed down the same road to the point of no return... Again... And again... Then go home at night and think about how we failed to 'get along' _again..._
@Natsu Dragneel "Stop TrYinG tO COnTrOl Me!!" - Every ENTP ever. Aka...an appeal to emotion. I've yet to come across an ENTP that does both research and takes action on what they research. All they ever seen to want to do is debate, and will admit to only caring about debating for debating sakes, arguing points into total irrationality and ending up completely off topic from the subject they wanted to debate. Kind of like this entire thread 🤣
@Natsu Dragneel ^^^^Precisely the description of ENTPs across the entire internet, as well as self-described by ENTPs, and the exact weaknesses of ENTPs outlined by the MBTI. I can't count the number of ENTPs who self-describe as debating and arguing just for the sake of it, and refusing - absolutely refusing, to ever admitting being wrong and intentionally arguing illogical points to death just to avoid being wrong. It is precisely the "P" in your type that makes you this way. It's literally your definition. Deny it all you want, facts are facts. Its like a Sensor arguing that they don't care about how pretty something is or how beautiful a home is or how great food tastes or good music sounds...its literally contrary to their type. ENTPs are literally called THE DEBATOR. It's part of your personality to debate for debating's sake. And the problem with that is 99% of people have zero clue what debating actually is or how it operates to find deeper meaning and understanding. There is inductive VS deductive reasoning, implied and explicit, there is an order to arguments from premise > argument > conclusion, and dozens and dozens of fallacies all throughout human thought that most are clueless to. What happens when you point these fallacies out? A literal debate ABOUT the fallacy and how its applied begins and you end up not even talking about the original premises or argument... I've yet to find an ENTP that can debate for the purpose of deeper understanding without getting emotional and defensive.. Yourself included with your very first reply to me. "NO WE'RE NOT! You're just stupid..." 🤣🤣 An ENTPs idea of debating is this: ENTP: "Nuh uhhh! PROVE IT!" Person: [proves it] ENTP: "Nuh UHHH! PROVE THAT!" Person: [proves it] And so on until the unsuspecting and inexperienced individual you are debating gets inevitably tripped up in all the confusion you've caused and then you claim to have "won" because of their mistakes. It's like sitting in the stands at a football game and claiming you won because the team you criticized lost. Ummmm...no. You can't win something you weren't even playing in the first place.
Entps are often treated as clowns, but when you think about their social abilities, pragmatism and creative and unpredictable ,you should feel terrified, if you hurt one. And that's why I like them. - Intj.
Exactly. We can destroy entire civilizations if we want to, without lifting a finger because let's face it, most ENTPs are lazy as fuck. We make you second guess yourself and fire you up in the opposite direction.. Personally I've stepped back and studied several corporate ecosystems I was working in. Corporates who exploited the vulnerable workers in their care. If you strategize correctly and play the "long con" patiently, you can unhinge an entire organization with a few pointed questions and statements to the right people at the right time. Basically I don't give a fuck about anybody or anything unless they exploit me or others. Don't even try to manipulate or control me. Treat people right and leave them be, or else watch your shit tumble like a house of cards.

Not really "dark side" video. You forgot to mention chaos, ignoring morals and other people emotions, not being afraid to lose, high risk/ high reward behaviour, selfishness, doing things for the sake of doing em, collecting people and many, many more.
Vincentas Bitinas A as in...okay, just kidding;) but question, how would you (briefly) sum up an ENTPs dark side? Like expound how you manifest what u wrote above.
More boldness. People dislike boldness, when facts are not sugar coated. Would be just as fair to not pander Entp's who already are known for being egocentrical, validation seeking (it is human, after all?) , chaos spreading jokers. Some of these things I heard; they are not totally "evil". Can be considered grey, or even positive from different perspectives. Give Entp's more flak. They deserve more, since out of all types they would be classified as the most "devil-like" or "chaotic-evil", if they get angry, destructive and bad. It is not like they would get as emotionally offended anyways. You know, like some say, they lack morals and conscience when compared to most feelers.
Vincentas Bitinas I see I see...i guess Lucifer had similar qualities...especially the self pride. I had to talk myself out of it today...it was wandering in realms of egocentricity :\ we have that roguish charm that is magnificently deceptive
an ENTPs with the discipline already studied can do great things, since they have an extraordinary creativity and imagination if they set their mind to it
As long as we can study hard and fast. Get as much info as fast as possible. Slow learning is annoying and useless, especially in groups. That's why college is for people who don't value time.

As a male ENTP, I agree with you. My girlfriend, mother, brother, etc toled me that I have all this characterisrics BEFORE we all even know the existence of MBTI. So when we discovered MBTI, and the characteristics of my personality, they all just cry of laugh. By the way, I don't know if this common to all ENTPs (The bast majority of people I know are INTP, ESFP, ISTP, ENFJ) but my way of being extrovert is different to the common: when I get into a group of people, in the begining I act like an introvert, just listening and analizing what other people says, thinks and act. Then I begin to jump in the conversation until in some point, I become the one who talks more and the one who is debating with all the people at the same time.
my older son is an ENTP and I do remember how he would argue for the sake of arguing! I have learned to enjoy this trait now that he is an adult, and we have spirited conversations on a myriad of topics. I just have to remember that he loves to verbally spar and not to take what he says personally.
It really hurts when I argue with my friends and they tell me "okay you win", it hurts please understand us . We don't want to win we are just pleased with expressing our opinions and having fun.
so I joined a debate society and that was one of my best decisions ever cause its not even the debate that I love the most, it's the people. okay I gotta stop commenting now😁
Literally xD I feel more stisfied with a debated which ended in a "tie" (no real winner) than if I won the argument, though, I don't like to loose either xD
@@StarOnCheek There's nothing wrong with being a feeler. A feeler dominant can also be smart as hell especially if they have developed their decider functions. Also remember that we have Fe as parent function.
I've been in multiple work meetings where observers thought our discussion was going to come to blows only to have the meeting end and the two of us leave as buds and go to lunch together. The game is so much fun.
Yup. Just two days ago I helped orchestrate a split in an online community that ousted the people I didn’t like, without me getting my hands dirty. I did it almost entirely passively, just by being patient. Now harmony reigns once more.
When I was younger I thought I was leaning towards sociopathic behaviour at times. Seemingly I couldn't care less about people's feelings and would sacrifice anything on the altar of "truth". But as I grew older, particularly the last few years, I matured a lot emotionally and realized there is no harm in showing emotion and that others do it. Even though I still consider myself terrible at showing emotion, but I'm trying to get there. It helps a lot in your interactions if you're not perceived as an emotionless shell of debating power.
See, I knew it was too short... I see it as a problem that ENTP can make contact easily and be warm and enthusiastic and then you meet them againa nd they are just cold and distanced. That instability doesnt help having good relationships with people. People shoudl know that and know that with being nice with them anyway, it helps them to warm up again. Also they dont really commit, I gues sthats annoying a lot for others. Always find a way out if needed. Also ENTPs are disruptive and interrupting and talking a lot, annoying everyone. And can be too honest, too much of a chameleon, hinest but not authentic...
Chris D. Everything is contextual with the behavior of an a ENTP. If we’re somewhere just to socialize, we socialize. If we’re in work or problem-solving mode, we don’t get bogged down with “niceties” like bending over backwards to make people feel welcome (unless that IS part of the job/problem solving.) ENTPs tend to be really good at taking social cues and assessing if someone is too busy or focused on something else to engage with us and we don’t take it personally. We just walk away. Unfortunately, it kind of grates on us when others aren’t as finely attuned to our needs in the moment. We can and do commit to relationships, I’m just gonna go out on a limb and guess you were attracted to an ENTP who was friendly and then turned off the charm when he/she realized your intentions and didn’t return your affection. Out of curiosity, why should anybody “be nice anyway” if we’re not seeking to further a friendship or romantic pursuit? Because we are peacekeeper-y by nature, and Thinkers/not Feelers we really don’t want to get into awkward conversations with people explaining WHY we don’t have feelings for them. I’m learning that XXTPs and XXFJs have very different standards and expectations when it comes to courting behaviors. My advice to you is, don’t get hung up on it. I guarantee the ENTP doesn’t even see his/her behavior as rude or inconsistent.

The shooter had pretty hair and a really cute face so I commented that and said it was a shame life ended up that way for him. There was a little exchange in the replies that ended up with the other person saying I was "clearly unstable" and not worthy of arguing against, but my point was that the shooter didn't choose to become a shooter, they were influenced into it by unfortunate circumstances and because of that don't deserve any less respect ort appreciation than any other person.

41 yo ENTP here, I only debate/argue (whatever you choose to call it) IF I sense the other person is up for it. I spend a lot of time studying people (now) before I engage in that kind of communication; after getting burned by sensitive types I realized that not all people get off on that kind of back and forth.
I've always been enamored with entps. I feel like i enjoy a lot of their traits, from the devil's advocacy to the gray morals, even though those traits are seen as frustrating to most people. Gotta love that rogue with a heart of gold!
I know what you mean. Ones I've known also amuse the shit out of me. Fun to exchange friendly taunts with. They're like living oxymorons, such as an intelligent jackass or the very caring asshole. ❤
The Auxiliary It’s not entirely “gray morals” as much as ENTPs recognizing morals are subjectively built around unique individual experiences and priorities. I know what “my” morals are, but I accept they may not gel with yours because different life-experiences have shaped our views. Taking a stand that will affect other people is difficult when you feel the weight of possibly altering another person’s outcome based predominately on values viewed only through your personal lens... 😬🤷🏼♀️ Seeing things from so many sides is cool, but also a bit of a curse 🤦🏼♀️
I just recently discovered this about myself, ENTP, and it is definitely something I need to bring up with my Psychologist, because I also have all kinds of severe trauma, from childhood, through my career in Police - and retired as a Detective. Watching the various videos on ENTP is like looking into a mirror... Like, 'ho-lee-fuck... That's... me.'
This was an interesting experiment! Apparently, everyone is confused when Nathan’s witty script is delivered with Lu’s gorgeous peach smokey eye. But why is that? What’s so different? Is it Nathan’s way of pausing for emphasis and his well timed looks into the camera along with an evil smile? Or is it Lu’s cheerful eye shadow and hoody? We need to do a follow up experiment to get to the bottom of this! So Nathan, how about a neon hoody and some peach eye shadow then? 😍
Lmfao I do that all the time, I argue one side, then someone changes their mind and then I argue that side. But I never ever saw it as “arguing” and was always shocked when ppl would get upset cuz I’m always trying to get the other person to have a bullet proof plan. And You might think... well why don’t u just not do that? I literally can’t help it. I find myself in those types of conversations all the time. It’s really bad when ppl bring up political beliefs and I can’t help but argue the opposite side even if I don’t care either way or even if I don’t agree with it at all. I just need to know what they’re gonna say and how they’ll react why they think that and how deep their conviction goes and to find out what they know that I don’t if anything. And even when I know it’ll create chaos I still can’t help myself. I just love when I meet someone who can talk back to me without being offended, then I’ve made a friend. or someone who knows their facts to the point where my knowledge ends, then I learn more. If they can’t deal w me, then I know they’re too stupid for me anyway. So no matter what I always win. At least that’s my POV. For example: someone “ I want a camaro” me: “why? Aren’t u concerned about gas prices? Insurance? Safety? Seating? Cargo room? Getting pulled over more?” I’m not arguing for not getting it... I’m finishing for all the information that they have on the subject just cuz I want to know for whatever I might need it for. Entps always have contingency plans: so our “devils advocate” questioning is a means of seeing what YOUR contingency plans are, or for determining your use of logic.
Somebody's been reading my diary 😉 also we are God's gift and curse upon this dirtball we call Earth. My favorite thing that usually irritates people when I debate them is saying what do you actually mean by (insert random) word. And you break down the debate so small that they can't even argue the point anymore because a lot of times people don't actually believe in what they say it's only what they hear and try to repeat it.
that's true. but what i'v learned over the years is that people actually despise confrontation of any kind. they literally hate arguing/debate. it's weird, because it's like the most fun thing ever for me. most people get fatigued and give up. it's like a weight lifter fighting a greco-wrestler. sure, the big looking weight lifter has this passionate and lively first five minutes, and then they just fall apart.
@@Niveous23 LOL I totally understand that. And I've come to learn that. I do love debating. And it took me awhile to figure out what triggered it and it's usually when people try to State something that they know is 100% true and then my brain instantly goes. Well what if that isn't true? And then I'll start arguing the opposite of what they stated even though. I might agree with them, LOL. And You can just see the fatigue when you're arguing that they will. Start slowing down, especially when you bring up something that they said the counter what they are trying to say later in the conversation.
@@deeveevideos exactly! and the oddest thing is the same debate that is draining them is literally hitting me like an expresso. after like thirty minutes i'm smiling and trying to shake their hand, and their just sour faced. i start falling asleep when it's a circle of friends agreeing with one another without really adding anything. but your main point resonates the most. It's the, "I'm 100% sure of myself" attitude that triggers the debate. I'm rarely 80% sure of the things that I BELIEVE IN. How did they manage a full 100%?
@@Niveous23 LOL! And I know what you mean like a majority of the time if I'm bored I get super tired. To take people's feelings into account, especially after my wife. And I would debate her but she looked at it as arguing. And would get mad at me for not taking her feelings into account and I said hey. Offense is taken not given. Didn't work out too. When im depating, i usually dont bring my own values at the table in first hand, if at all. This is not really a" dark side of entp" video. This is more of a discussion of certain cognitive functions in relation to ENTP. The other "dark side" videos in this channel such as "dark side of INTP" and "dark side of INTJ" are much more to the point and illuminating. P. S: The ending of this video gave off the impression that the host desperately wanted to praise ENTPs (I can evaluate the value of my own beliefs , thank you. It is not just ENTPs who can do that) . Nothing wrong with that but if you title your video as "dark side of ENTP", then better focus on that. You can make another video just to point out the positives of this type.
@@redhead_in_florida Iam not an ENTP. You can understand what I meant if you compare and contrast this video with the other "dark side" videos from this channel itself.

As an ENTP I do agree that this is the dark side of the ENTP. All my problem comes from the lack of interest in organisation and the super power of debating. Every people I like become worth of talking about value, the problem of being really good at arguing is that a lot of them feels like shit if they stand their ground. I can destroy point by point most of what they say and I have wild interest so I have the data to back it up. People feel dumb in this situation and it is really annoying because that really isn't the point.
@@JohnnyRapide I am not saying that the host is wrong about ENTP. However, this video (except the Si section) felt to me as an underhanded attempt to compliment ENTPs. If you want to praise them, then title your video appropriately and list all the positive traits of ENTPs. The video ended with a really overarching and stereotypical declaration by the host about ENTPs style of debating. Other types are also capable of evaluating their beliefs or convictions. Secondly, ENTPs are also human and their assessments can also go wrong or be incomplete. Just because an ENTP backs you up doesn't mean your argument is bulletproof. Neither is the reverse true.
I don’t and have never felt power hungry. I have worked to have legitimate power but the power was to effect positive change. But power for power is boring.
When i argue i try mostly to state facts & always strive to win with the vast spectrum of perspectives & knowledge I've gained and especially examples are the factor that help me in explaining my points. But i tend to provide examples about the opposition in the argument which tend to make things heated up unintentionally. They become egoistic and biased and the term "facts" leave the argument. But what's more confusing for me comes afterwards that is After the argument i don't want to talk to the person and i kinda behave spitefully with them but i also feel guilty & responsible for ruining someone's mood. So idk if i wanna hate them or hate me.
As an Entp I arrived at a point in which sometimes I feel sad about being conscious that people will never really see what we see. We are so over everything, we are so smart, we have such a big picture over everything, its sad to know that is not the same for everyone. Cause you grow, and “normal” talks between friends can appear as stupid talks, or talks about stupid insignificant things, but that for them is normal, and “playing the part” is okay, but we are so so much more than that, and we need profound philosophical full of ideas serious discussions too, and no, not only for the fact that we enjoy jt, but even for feeling okay, cause we are more, than just gossip and stupid stuff, and we need more in conversations at times, and thats why we get bored and makes something funny or crazy, we recognise the things and our brain go over with millions of great other funny or amazing things. About human understanding, we are so bad at feeling, we analyse, and study the human psychology in order to know how people works, and how to interact and be with them, and by, “people” I mean even ourself, as i said we are so bad at feeling and so smart in thinking, that this can lead us to not recognise how we work, how we feel ecc, as humans, or not accept it, because we think its stupid. Its normal, we have such a big mind, and the mind is infinite and travels trought all things, everywhere whenever we want, the reality instead is so so limited, blocked, small and boring and even people can often seem as too “blocked”, the mind makes you free, even tho it has her own weight. Watch Rick and Morty, thats a perfect example of all that I’m talking about. Thats it, I just made two examples, I could have given billions, that fact of being so over everything thanks to our minds and knowing that all the people are not, isn’t a good feeling. If you want to imagine how an evil entp looks like; think of Joker, Jim Moriarty, Irene Adler, Lucifer, Tyrion Lannister, Jack Sparrow or..... Think of Lucifer himself. :) We want another video from Nathan also.
one correction, lucifer was standing up to god, for lilith. the first two humans were adam and lilith, both made of eath, thus both equals. lilith wouldn't submit to adam, (this is a jewish story) basicly adam wanted missionary she wanted to be on top, he wasn't having that, nor was god happy about her not serving adams commands. Thus lilith was cast out, and lucifer for defending her and chastising god for being sexist. Then god created eve, using a rib from adam, thus stating that she had to serve man, because without man she wouldn't be alive. The entire story of the bible, is about how god was furious at lucifer for being the moral one. Even in the garden of eden, the frut came from the tree of "knowledge". you see this still today, anything educational, scientific, factual, that religion demonizes. Easiest way to disprove the bible however is First Corinthiens 13:5 (this section of the bible is telling you, the reader what "love" is) - It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. God dishonors rape victims, females in general, and anyone not serving him god is self seeking, if you don't love him and serve him, you're going to burn forever in a lake of fire and torment, that also isn't "freewill" that's forceable actions to achive a desired outcome. god has the highest death count of all gods, or people, lets not forget, dude was so pissed about free will, he flooded the entire earth keeping only 2 of each living thing on a boat. god holds all accounts, what happens as per the bible when you die, you get judged at the pearly gates, all your past transgressions. Lucifer is actually the good guy of that story. God is the villain of that book. I grew up as a little bible thumper, even in school i'd have prayer classes, went to church camps. till i stopped "listening" and started "reading and understanding" that religion is a book told from the perspective of a narcissistic, petulant child. Your do good, help humanity, entp-a with adhd.

I had had trouble really accepting the devils advocate part of Entp because I have beliefs. AND WHAT DOES THE FIRST PART SAY!! That when we settle on a side we can become the fiercest defenders for it. TRUE, no further questions.
ENTP-t here. It's less of wanting to argue, but more of wanting to expand my insight on the 'other side'. Slightly pissing the other person off is more of to motivate them to fight back than something personal, but a lot of people tend to take it personally which can lead the 'argument' to get personal and illogical. And winning matters less to me, like sure, winning feels nice, but what does it matter if I got nothing but a ruined friendship from it? In the end, despite being surrounded by so many people, it gets so pointless and tiring when you're the one who has to keep on kneeling lower to their level all the time. Adjusting isn't a problem, we're flexible after all, but having to change for them is another matter.
From the outside, as an ENFP: I know that feeling is my dominant function in how I get through life while thought plays huge part its minor in comparison. Having the insight, my best friend is an ENTP, he understands the nuances of my mind as he's fought hard to understand his own. (Haha, writing and at this point wondering where I'm going but I know I'll get there in the end 🤣) I think that its important to feel, and allow feeling to play it's part in the decision making for an ENTP if they wish to remain true on their path. I lack a certain emphasis when it comes to thought based judgement and perceptions Being EF, where subsequently the ET can lack feeling based judgement and perceptions when their necessary. I suppose, (I got there YES 🤣🤣🙈) we are all part of the human consciousness' omnipresent path and only by pairing with those who bring out the best in your own character and persona can you stem the tide of darkness. We're still tribal, but were no longer savages, I'll end it here, before I continue...
I've noticed you say "come acrossed" a lot. it's cute. I admit I do frequently sacrifice ppl's feelings in the name of truth. truth happens to be a huge turn on for me. But how do I accept the fact so many people describe my search for light as 'darkness'?? idek if i'm an entp i just wanted to ask

I am an ENTP with overdeveloped Fe and neglected Ti, because females don't do Ti, and devalued Ne, because Ne is flaky and Ni actually makes specific predictions, so why am I not doing that instead? I had no idea what a good girl I was being, because I am so ill-behaved on another level. Horrors!
Me as an entp works as follows, if you make a claim (mostly radical ones) you better be prepared and know what your talking about bcz I'll be debunking your statements pretty quickly and you'll have no idea what's hitting you. That's why people don't like to argue with me, it usually takes me 3 sentences to make you doubt ur arguments and not be able to say something. I don't get angry or loud, I'm just having fun, it's my fellow colleague that get's loud haha
So who wins the debate? An ENTP with logic backing intuition or an INTP with intuition backing logic? I've heard you can win an ENTP's heart if you can out debate them and I'm thinking I might take hat challenge.

Tbh, I wish that nathan made all the 'inside the mind of' and 'the darkside of' videos. I mean Lu is great but I prefer his style of communication for these videos.
What frustrates me as an ENTP is people who accept what they hear from others without ever scrutinizing the information. Probably because it means it's impossible to have a proper discussion on the topic with them, as their understanding is shallow and without logic.
My advise to you would be to be more detached. I think its nice to help people to see things clearly but if they don't want to hear it let them live a lie and don't look back.

Honestly I don't think this video completely deserves to be referred as 'The darkside of the ENTP'... -It looks more like a brief depiction of ENTP's cognitive functions when they get a bit messy, but lacking the insight necessary to describe how corruption works/looks on the ENTPs... I really like that color shade on Lu's beautiful eyes, and the warm cozy green hoodie... ENTP here. We're so good at making friends but so bad at keeping them.
I learned that while I may defend a friend in public, and even physically..I will probably not pick up the phone to 'hang-out' with you. Do I look like someone that commits to stuff? Unless it's something I wanna do,and it's almost never something I wanna do.
I’ve never read something so true
sad comment very sad.. and very true.

I've yet to come across an ENTP that does both research and takes action on what they research.

An ENTPs idea of debating is this:
ENTP: "Nuh uhhh! PROVE IT!"
Person: [proves it]
ENTP: "Nuh UHHH! PROVE THAT!"
Person: [proves it]
And so on until the unsuspecting and inexperienced individual you are debating gets inevitably tripped up in all the confusion you've caused and then you claim to have "won" because of their mistakes.
It's like sitting in the stands at a football game and claiming you won because the team you criticized lost. Ummmm...no. You can't win something you weren't even playing in the first place.

Weaponize empathy.... that is one of the best ways I have ever heard an entp’s F described

Chris D. Everything is contextual with the behavior of an a ENTP. If we’re somewhere just to socialize, we socialize. If we’re in work or problem-solving mode, we don’t get bogged down with “niceties” like bending over backwards to make people feel welcome (unless that IS part of the job/problem solving.)
ENTPs tend to be really good at taking social cues and assessing if someone is too busy or focused on something else to engage with us and we don’t take it personally.

You might think... well why don’t u just not do that?
I have many sides. They argue with each other. It's a very lively discussion.

I think it might be because Lu made it and not Nathan, I have nothing against either of them, I just think they have different video styles. And Nathan’s style of video might be more suited to the “dark side of ____” videos
@@laurendill3794 May be, it seemed to me as if Lu was reluctant to fully explore the "dark side of entp", unlike Nathan who explored the dark side of INTJ and INTP.
Cant wait for the Enfp version of this
🤩😜
We gotcha
Lu
When i argue i try mostly to state facts & always strive to win with the vast spectrum of perspectives & knowledge I've gained and especially examples are the factor that help me in explaining my points.
But i tend to provide examples about the opposition in the argument which tend to make things heated up unintentionally.
They become egoistic and biased and the term "facts" leave the argument.
But what's more confusing for me comes afterwards that is
After the argument i don't want to talk to the person and i kinda behave spitefully with them but i also feel guilty & responsible for ruining someone's mood.
So idk if i wanna hate them or hate me.
You look like Jennifer Lawrence in the thumbnail for this video! Love it. It's a fun graphic :)
Thats it, bye 👋🏻 Entps let me know what you think about it in the comments, and Entps (Infjs too 😉❤️🙈☺️) follow an dm me on Insta, I’m looking for other of our species 😂👌🏻🌌 @francescogonzini, bye pt 2 🤪👋🏻🌚👌🏻✨🔥

I looove good and stimulating debate.
My motto is " the truth is born in argument "
If you want to imagine how an evil entp looks like; think of Joker, Jim Moriarty, Irene Adler, Lucifer, Tyrion Lannister, Jack Sparrow or..... Think of Lucifer himself. :) We want another video from Nathan also.
CAPTAIN Jack Sparrow
one correction, lucifer was standing up to god, for lilith. the first two humans were adam and lilith, both made of eath, thus both equals. lilith wouldn't submit to adam, (this is a jewish story) basicly adam wanted missionary she wanted to be on top, he wasn't having that, nor was god happy about her not serving adams commands.
God dishonors rape victims, females in general, and anyone not serving him
god is self seeking, if you don't love him and serve him, you're going to burn forever in a lake of fire and torment, that also isn't "freewill" that's forceable actions to achive a desired outcome.
god has the highest death count of all gods, or people, lets not forget, dude was so pissed about free will, he flooded the entire earth keeping only 2 of each living thing on a boat.
god holds all accounts, what happens as per the bible when you die, you get judged at the pearly gates, all your past transgressions.
Lucifer from the tv show is an ENFP m8
Lucifer is a hero!!! That is all.

Love all the debates I’m seeing in this comment section lol. ~an ENTP
a discussion sometimes get personal, if my opponent can't debate properly. Emotional or manipulative arguments destroy every debate thats meant for information exchange.
I had had trouble really accepting the devils advocate part of Entp because I have beliefs. AND WHAT DOES THE FIRST PART SAY!! That when we settle on a side we can become the fiercest defenders for it. TRUE, no further questions.
I love debating, restraining myself from arguing takes so much effort (i really do try)
That last comment should be the ENTP mantra, THANKS!😊
As an ENTP I can say, you are 100% right
As a child my mom would often say, “you argumentative little madam”. 😂🤣 decades later I now understand why I was!
INTJ here. I have a crush on an ENTP and I somehow find all this fun.
Spot on, I resonate with this.
ENTP sees "The dark side of..." immediately clicks.... LOL
One of my friends gave me this sign:
"I'm not arguing, I'm just explaining why I'm right"
My darkside is that I'm too laay to watch it till the end.
omg so me i ignore something that i see is crashing down on me cuz i don't want to deal with them.
We're still tribal, but were no longer savages, I'll end it here, before I continue...
cooperation is a human superpower. thank you😁
I've noticed you say "come acrossed" a lot. it's cute.
I admit I do frequently sacrifice ppl's feelings in the name of truth. truth happens to be a huge turn on for me. But how do I accept the fact so many people describe my search for light as 'darkness'?? idek if i'm an entp i just wanted to ask
I think I found my answer in the fcking Bible:
John 1:5 (nasb)
"The Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it."
Sounds legit. I'll accept it

If you can explain polar fi and third slot fe I'd be very interested,as I've never heard the terms. Thanks in advance
I don't know why people call it arguing when it's just exchanging of ideas 🙄
ENTP here, I can confirm, even tho I am not a dark one
Okay, I am NOT part ENTP and part ISFJ after all, since that makes no sense.
I don't get angry or loud, I'm just having fun, it's my fellow colleague that get's loud haha
you just described me perfectly 😬
i do try to call myself out on my negative or toxic behavior and i try to improve but these are all definitely attributes i carry
your awareness of the danger you could be makes you really cool, some people think they saints while in reality they cause a lot of damage😬
Sounds like it will be a rollercoaster ride with a entp
Indeed!
Me winning the argument then moments later switch to their side. Just a freak with their head
So who wins the debate? An ENTP with logic backing intuition or an INTP with intuition backing logic? I've heard you can win an ENTP's heart if you can out debate them and I'm thinking I might take hat challenge.
your welcome to try😈

What frustrates me as an ENTP is people who accept what they hear from others without ever scrutinizing the information. Probably because it means it's impossible to have a proper discussion on the topic with them, as their understanding is shallow and without logic.
My advise to you would be to be more detached. I think its nice to help people to see things clearly but if they don't want to hear it let them live a lie and don't look back.
@@JohnDoe-fn2bw For most people I learnt this years ago, but when this is within your family you can't choose to not communicate with them without it causing issues and destroying your bonds.
so I've learned to not talk ti a lot and talk fe, at least even if they wrong they can still enjoy a few things with me.
@@JohnDoe-fn2bw agreed, that's what I have done. Years ago there were people in the groups I hung round with net loss, what I mean by that was being around them was more negative than positive, so I stopped hanging round them. Ideally we should all strive to be around people who make our lives better, not worse.
@@7Bobby7 I don't do that! I prefer to know who I can and can't have an interesting conversation with, so that I know who I can have a descent conversation with, all I need to do with the others is take conversation too deep for them and they usually leave me alone.
But I definitely think this video deserves a second look with a deeper insight, just to really make justice to ENTP's darkest side , (I mean we are basically talking about Satan's personality type, hahaha).👹
