I noticed since I was young, when I meditated in my chakras, my whole body would pulsate a feeling of light directly in the center of my spine. From the base up, went out these feelings. I'm Christian, but I also believe that God shows us strange things personally through Him and His construction of our bodies. Very intense feelings if you have felt them, because they are physical.

This really did work for me! ✨💖✨ P.S..I "zoned out" and I had a half cup of now cold coffee sitting in my lap, which was slowly tilting over until it spilt into my lap, my housecoat, pajamas, chair and floor before I could grab it. Crap! That just undid all my relaxation. Lol.

Pro tip. You can add wather inside bowls to tune it up more for specific frequency :)
