What I do not understand is how a NON Toxic waste , like food, has to be put through this process with a non natural chemical polymer and then the solid waste goes to a landfill instead of a compost pile. I had arguments with city employees over this and how they claim to be "Green" when in reality they give lip service. I understand the need for speed , but if we put a man on the moon (Allegedly) then why can we not use natural polymers? Big Oil? IDK I am not a scientist. Plus a non toxic sludge can be used as income generating instead of Landfill Expense. Still trying to find studies and videos on this topic
