I make a version of that, only easier. And not as rich or quite as good. I just make up any flavor of instant pudding, and fold in Cool Whip. I also put into this mixture, crushed vanilla wafers or crushed Graham crackers. Could also use animal crackers. But I want to try this richer recipe made from scratch, sometime!!
