I love this pen. This is actually my grail pen! It was the first pen that I really fell in love with the look and the first pen that I have tried to find (still haven't found it) And I have a fund that I have been stashing money in to get this if I ever come upon it. Great video and thanks for your insight on this pen! ❤🔥
Can you do a comparison with the Leonardo Momento Magico, Pelikan M800 and the Pilot Vanishing Point? I’m curious to see how they all feel in comparison to each other. For reference, I’ve only tested the Vanishing Point and I like it. I’m considering getting all three pens mentioned above.Thx! Btw-you do very good reviews!
Thank you for an interesting video of this beautiful pen. I notice from a news update from Stilo e Stile that there is now a new version of this pen in Momento Zero size, rather than 2.0. In the video, you mention you managed to clean some staining of the barrel with a product bought on Amazon. I didn't catch the name and wonder if you could identify what you used? I have Momento Magico that has become slightly stained from very dark brown ink and it would be nice to be able to clean some of it off. Many thanks.
I was wondering how to spell the name of the solution you mentioned? How did you use it (Method)? My first Leonardo pen was also the Angel skin. I love the gold nib and ebonite feeder on the Leonardos and they are one of my favorite pen brands! Thanks for sharing your review. I always enjoy your videos!!
I remember how underwhelmed you were with this pen when you first got it, you were not liking the nib as it was not writing correctly and you were soo disappointed. I love that you have been able to appreciate it and get to love it, such a gorgeous looking pen.😀
I love it when you first aren't impressed with something and later on it grows on your, or you try it again later and love it. I've had that with some sample inks and some pens that didn't live up to expectations. I have a Furore that I have found the ink changes colour after it's been in the pen a week or so. The ink gets darker and that annoyed me, but now I've worked out I can put inks in it that I find too light and they will darken and be more legible.
Karyna hello! What is the smoothest pen you have or have tried?? Scratchy pens throw me off when writing, I already own a M800 and a medium 823, but I want to add a new pen to my collection! But it has to be smooth like butter in a hot pan!!!
@@KarynaLovesToPlan hello, would you be interested in trading a White Pilot Vanishing Broad Nib that I got this last Monday April 1st from Goulet Pens, for your Lamy 2000? Nothing wrong with the Pilot VP, but I just got a Lamy 2000 this past Thursday the 4th and I love it even more than my Pilot 823 and Pelikan M800, and as man is the perfect pen for me on the go!!! Just trying my luck, I can give you my email and send you pictures of it!
@@KarynaLovesToPlan No problem Thanks for replying!!!! I can’t believe I went these many years without owning one!! The problem with Pilot VP is the clip behind the nib, the pen is beautiful and so easy to access!!! I will have to get use to it! Thanks!!!!
So far the only ink that has left a stain on one of my pens is Diamine Writer's Blood. It was partly my fault as I didn't notice that I missed a spot when wiping off the grip after filling. Have you had any issues with this ink? 🤔
I had a sample of Writer's Blood that I tried and it was so wet but it didn't stain my pen at that time. I had it in my Pilot Kakuno which was a clear demonstrator and it didn't stain it.
I love this Leonardo. Thanks for the update.
My pleasure!
Really enjoyed this update.
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching!
Thanks for this info and opinions. Particularly useful given your opinion evolved.
Glad it was helpful!

I do not have a Momento Magico but the next time I have a Leonardo MZG 2.0 come in… I will compare it with Pelikan M800 and the Pilot VP.

I dont have this particular model MZG, however I have several others in different colors. One of my absolute favorite pen models .
I've heard a lot of people do like this model and I've grown to love it!

It is Koh-I-Noor. This is what I've found over Amazon - amzn.to/3uVkTED

Thanks Katie! It has become one that I've appreciated over time and will not let go of!

Sometimes the first impression isn't great, and I really want to give the pen a chance to grow on me, and this one really did!

The smoothest nib would probably be the Pilot Vanishing Point Fine nib - so buttery glassy smooth! I find it smoother than the Pilot Custom 823!

what is the name of the shimmery momento zero?
That one is Via Lattea or Milky Way. It was an exclusive from Stilo e Stile
Thank you! Now I want one, alas. LoL
My videos do that sometimes!
