- “I’m here, in this room, with all these people that are deserving of this and share in this, and if I’m at all connected to that, that is a deep honor to me.”
Steven Yeun accepts the Lexus Legacy Award presented by “Minari” director Lee Isaac Chung. Celebrating his critically acclaimed career, which has quickly solidified him as a mainstay entertainer in Hollywood and has set the standard of possibilities for Asian and Pacific Islander performers in all roles, the award recognizes the ongoing legacy he has created for next generation and the future of our community.

Congrats Steve. I love that he recognizes the struggles of his fellow Asian American actors. He mentions at 6:35 how for a long time Asian actors would simply accept roles without having the power to negotiate for more better roles. I'm glad he recognizes our struggles and that he's such a wonderful role model for younger generations
Steven !!!! 🥺

Hello gorgeous 🌹
Thank you for the utmost love and moral support ❤️
This community has been with Hollywood down in the trenches in the tough times and darkest hours along with white Americans Anglo Americans but didn’t even get 0.0000000001 percent of the opportunity and recognition and influence that they deserved
Glennnnnnnnnnnn
Why the audience so dead though? Lol
