I think fleet is better in hard matchups and you can perfectly play FS in other matchups where sustain is not that vital. Jax is not a hard matchup, if you don't messed up your barrels you can perfectly wait to scale even I'd you die for dives from jg I guess. Fleet is most about sustain so if you get a great chance to snowball you don't get those +150 gold from fs
i think he used FS here because jax is an all in match up and actually not that hard, he can always get the gold and have trades in his favor if he plays well with his barrels so no need for the extra healling, plus he has tp for this match up so i dont see the use for Fleetwork here...
