Cleanliness is gaining in Indian Railways gradually. A long way to go for total hygiene. But the Sleeper Class Coaches segment require much attention. In long distance trains, in addition to coach capacity, there will always be unauthorised passengers to the extent of one third or fifty percent per coach. These are almost run like General Coaches without any supervision. Ofcourse, in General Coaches (Unreserved - Front & Rear) it's very difficult for the cleaning staff to enter. Considering the constraints of halting time at stations, the cleaning staff seldom reach these coaches.
I saw that the hygiene in AC coaches was good but in General Coaches lettering in every corners. Railways should also hygiene General Coaches as well as.

Vipul Priyadarshi, Not necessarily. Those other coaches can also be cleaned. India is changing. Cleanliness is for every coach no matter the class. It's not 1970,1980, 1990 or 2000 anymore.
Nice video indian railway is great job .. but mumbai ka lokmanya tilak terminus station bahot ganda hai. track pe kachra hota hai aur waha se ravana hone wali long distance train bhi bahot gandi hoti hai.. short distance wali train thik thak hoti hai but long distance wali bahot gandi hoti hai
