THIS is the light I've been looking for all these years ❤ Compact yet powerful and has a 21700 battery. The beam is GORGEOUS! Heck even the neutral white tint is pure perfection 😁 Olight has really stepped up when it comes to their choice of LEDs.

Wish I knew the Baton 3 Pro Max was coming out! I just got a Baton 3 Pro before Christmas! I love how much power it has and it's runtime! I'm a 70 year old senior citizen and I wish I could afford this one! I have many other Olight products and I love em all! Keep up the great work Olight! 😎 💪
I've been carrying a baton olight for years and have held off updating it, waiting for just the right package of features. This is it. Improved battery size, lumen output, but my favorite new feature is the battery indicator. Effective but simple, perfect!
There's a ton to like but WW and the 21700 battery are what I love about it. Awesome light!

I love the improved battery life & the 2500 lumens with the turbo when walking my dogs -that’s almost incredible!! I also like the holder accessory, though I always place my Baton II on the same [magnetic] top, so I can always find it. I’d love the black aluminum CW; not convinced yet of the durability of magnesium alloy
Love the higher lumen output, but the best feature is definitely the improved battery life. It's definitely a light you can trust to last all night. Olight always manage to up their game every time they produce a new light.
My favorite, and the most important, feature is the choice of tints. I hope that is added to the magnesium version of the Baton 3 Pro Max. I would have also purchased the magnesium light, having experienced the benefits of magnesium in shaving off a bit of weight, but it was not available in neutral white.
The Max in WW (warm white) is probably not as all purpose as the neutral white if you can only have one, but makes a great nightstand light being easier on the eyes and having less effect on your circadian rhythm. I hope Olight replenishes their supply for those who would like to get one. I have certainly been enjoying mine. I have the neutral white on order and look forward to using it.
I like that Olight is creating lights that fit in a family with similar styling, features, and operation but giving different options. This allows more people to find the light that works best for their plan use.
I am a building inspector and I gotta say I can always count on these lights to always perform. My primary light is the seeker 2 pro and my secondary will be the baton 3 pro max. I always get compliments with using these lights and I almost always refer them to check you guys out! First time getting a full size flashlight from Olight and I love the features. My favorite is probably the battery indicator!
I think the integrated sensor is really well implemented. It's invisible but still functions appropriately, and it can be permanently disabled if its something that you find doesn't work with your use cases. This is my first O-light purchase and I'm excited for it to arrive.
I happily ordered one. Received it two days ago during their sales. Lots of discount. It is like Apple of torchlight. The build wuality is really good. Firsr time in my life i like to just hold a led flashlight. It feels solid. And i think the fav feature of any olight light is magnetic charging. Just like magsafe. The only thing i wish olight will put in baton is the ability to switch colour temperature. So i dont have to select between CW or WW
The best feature of the new Pro Max is the larger battery and extended run time. I no longer have to carry a back up light in case I get stuck working overtime in poor lighting conditions. One light that fits in my belt pouch will last me all day. Thank you Olight!
Just ordered the Baton 3 Pro Max in Magnesium Desert Tan. After hours of research on close to 50 high performance flashlights, I found the Baton 3 Pro Max to be the winner. The Shake-To-Wake feature, and Proximity Sensor are fantastic, and were important in my final decision to purchase it. Hoping for a chance to win your giveaway!

Thanks for details and comparison. I love that these edc geared lights incorporate the recessed button. I can't tell you how many times I've gone for my pocket light and found it drained.
I'm actually mad that the NW is only available in black when there is such a nice tan version, Olight can't just let us have what we want can they?

Lumens mean nothing. Candela is what matters and these have nothing.

It's just what i wanted Olight to make. The perfect EDC with a 21700!
And finally a flashlight, with a usable Turbo / max mode! No 1.5 Minutes turbo and from there you get just like 30% max power. Thanks.

Lots of things to love. Proximity sensor that we can disable. Bigger battery yet still smaller form than Seeker series.
I think having the option to turn off the sensor is huge. The lumen boost is great, and I like that the side button is battery indicator! I would love the FDE in this one!
More than the increased light output (that's great), the bigger battery is my favorite feature of this Baton 3 max (over the baton3).
I've already received the two I ordered a few days ago.
The slight drawbacks are: no leash, no flashy color (red, orange...)
Love my old baton 3 from many years back. 2018? Still use it today. Love the larger battery and lumens!
My favorite feature is honestly the efficiency of the light output in combination with the energy density of the battery

I'd probably say what I like the most from what I've heard so far is the really good tint on the emitter. 👍🏻
That being said, while I had thought the accelerometer was a bit of a gimmick, (and still kind of do TBH) one of the times I was checking my original 3 Pro's battery I realized it could actually be quite useful sometimes!

I just got my baton 3 pro max. The button light is always glowing. Looks like yours is too. Also, a couple nights ago the light was on all by itself. Bright and hot.
That 2500 linens for the size can’t be beat. I’d love to grab one of these in the future for walking the dogs.
My favorite feature is the proximity/motion sensor, makes things so much easier to check battery level.

Favorites would be the linens and the magnet attach so you can set it up for storage or while working and need hands free. Black or green would be great

The new Baton 3 Pro Max feature that impresses me most is the new technology used to provide the higher 2500 lumen output and longer run time...definitely would allow me to work longer in my garden plots after the sun goes down!! 2,500 lumens from the turbo mode is my favorite new feature. I have a Warrior 2 mini that I use as my EDC, so if I was lucky enough to win, I think that would be a nice upgrade.

I’m looking forward to the lock-out feature and the battery life/ease of charging. I have several Olight products but my EDC is lacking Olight features I’ve grown to love on my weapon lights.
Fav feature is extra 1000 lumens! But you can't complain about the increased run times either!!!

My favorite feature is the fact that you can use turbo even when the battery is discharged a little. It's nice to have extra brightness more often

I like the sustainable high output. I do pest control for food plants so I always need to be able to see well in all the cracks and crevices.

I would love the new baton pro! All colors of this light are beautiful, so if I win you all surprise me. I have had the the s1 mini baton in my pocket since Dec 2017! Absolutely love the light with zero issues. Unfortunately I lost it last month and I miss it everyday. I need a replacement and can’t think of a better light to replace it! Olight rocks!
