I was a big fan of Hayley Mills as a kid (the 60s movies with her were already old when I was a kid) and still am, loved that movie back then but haven’t watched it for years. And yes Pollyanna was her first Disney movie. She was in another film with her Dad before that
Sure, I'd love your mom to be a guest star! Now, I have seen the new version, but at the end when you were talking about that, honestly, a LOT of your movies that you review, I haven't seen, but have seen the original. Even with this one, I know the classic version a lot better and grew up with it (I was already an adult in 1998, so I saw it in the movies, but it doesn't have the same feel that the classic does for me)
3:20-I know people that do that. No matter how poorly I write, I can always read my own notes! (In a few vids, I saw you struggling, do you write the notes yourself?)
One thing that never occured to me until the remake is this: Why didn't they just have Sharon come from England? BOSTON! Did they think anyone was fooled? Hayley Mills doesn't sound like JFK!
Disney has lots of companies they were affiliated with over the years (Buena Vista Productions, MGM, Touchstone, etc) so each one had their own contracts and rules for sharing content.
😱

I thought her hair was super cute. Much better short than it was long.
We’ve heard that from a lot of people!
19:50-It took me awhile to realise you were talking about the remake of Father of the Bride. I've only seen the original movie

YES!!!! WE WANT MAMA KRILL!!!!
Ask and you shall receive! 😉
3:00 Polyanna was first.
4:30-Bad haircuts? When I saw this (around 6 or 7), I thought those girls were REALLY cute! Including their hair!

Leslie always writes notes for herself and her handwriting leaves much to be desired, especially when writing quickly 😆

Oh and Brian Keith was an alcoholic for a long time so I am sure that aged him
Makes sense!
1:10-That's interesting. Why didn't the Disney channel have the rights to their own movies?
There were different licensing agreements between studios!
@@SistersAndEbert Weren't they all part of Disney? What studios are you talking about?

@@SistersAndEbert OH! Ok, that makes sense then
