Dean Martin...His instrumentalists, his presentation, his voice and his song, it was so eloquent that even on an antiquated and dusty recording with low fidelity, he surpasses and defeats any shortcomings with his God given talent. And he gave us a top 40s hit when he was in his 40s. Everybody loves somebody. Nobody has ever done that except Dean. Thank you Dean. We will always love you.
Sinatra gets so many plaudits. This man could sing with such a velvet voice but cruelly overlooked. About time the balance was shifted a little and give him the recognition he deserves.
Frank was the better singer. Dean was the better entertainer; kind of a "jack of all trades". He could sing, act, do stand up comedy and be a variety show host.
