There is no legal issue if you parallel working in a company and as a freelancer. For the experience all freelancing websites would not provide you any certificate instead you can download all your payment slips as a proof and they will show your experience

I started work with digivante I find 5 bug and submitted but they tell that upload video So i try to upload video but I can't upload even my video format is mp4 Am i doing something wrong
It doesn't matter if it's 1 minute or longer as long as you have maintained the video file size below 15mb. If your video exceeds that you need to compress that video and then upload it.

It doesn't matter if it's 1 minute or longer as long as you have maintained the video file size below 15mb. If your video exceeds that you need to compress that video and then upload it.
