Why on earth this song is that powerful?! I still listening this melody 30 years after and still getting me
80's mate..... 80's
they blew up crockett's baby on the beach.that's the background music. It's a TV Trauma-
@@dmmultimediamx damn right! 80s, Vice and awesome music! Do I miss it? Hell yes!
I don't know. What i do know is that this music represents for me the feeling of freedom, warm summernights in Florida and driving around with exotic (mostly convertible) cars. 😍
Jajajjaja.... .me pasa lo mismo 😜
I am so glad that I was around to enjoy the 80's. I loved Miami Vice too. It was ahead of it's time for sure. Now 75 years old and still enjoying the music. This guy is a genius.
Excellente version!
This takes me back to 1985 , Thursday evening on itv @ 21.00 , Miami vice , god im nearly 60 years old, & still get shivers down my spine when I hear this.
Alles ist machbar etwas ruig aber perfekter

It was on BBC 1.
I remember when I bought a four pack of CDs to get this song :)
my mom and i would always watch miami vice on metv and this brought back memories of me and my mom watching miami vice and it made me smile, she passed away 8 years ago from cancer
and me seeing the the speed boat.... and firing up GTA:Miami Vice Stories... with 52 age i was watching "Vice my friend Vice" every Monday in German TV...
This is what makes a classic timeless: its ability to attract incredibly talented artists like Kebu who breathe new life into it and give it a new meaning, a new aesthetic. Congratulations Kebu, you did it again!
Totally agree, you summed it up well
Yes!
This was the first song I ever downloaded. On a 1.2K modem. Kept our phone line busy for a whole day. :) About 35 years ago. It still sounds as good now as it did back then.
This is something I would be playing at night driving in the city with the top down
on my Ferrari with the street lights passing me by. If I only had a Ferrari to drive HAHA!
AMAZING SOUND...AMAZING MUSICIAN YOU ARE!
Finally, someone who collects the gear who can actually play them also. Such full warm rich vibrant crunchy deep sounds from these classic synths. Fantastic. Alive.
12+ keyboards played by a master live. That is talent right there. Not the wannabes who use software and a laptop to create the music of now.
Kebu is a true inspiration. You keep getting better and better. You were ahead of your time 10 years ago, classic synth sounds is what people want in 2022, and you've perfected your craft.
He cant getting any better beacuse he is the ultimate human arp. :)
I have never heard a better Synthwave than Crockett's Theme. This live performance really nails it that it's an impeccable masterpiece of a song.
Listen to CYBER PEOPLE - Void Vision (Slow Version) - also instrumental and released in 1985! It's also a masterpiece in my opinion! 🙂
Long drive. Crocketts theme performed by Kebu playing. Nothing beats it. You are a legend Kebu
Oh my God, this guy is a one man orchestra. We should have more guys like him.
Bloody hell this is absolutely fantastic, loved miami vice. I have the complete box set. I've just finished watching it from episode 1-through to the end back 2 back, just fantastic. I'm trying to get hold of Nash bridges complete dvd set next.. But watching Jan hammer is just mesmerising what a absolute performance and such a great talent. 😮😮😮
This theme brings so much memories from 1987. I lived in Tallinn, Estonia 11 years old kid, parents decided to leave to country. I had this cassette with lots of pop music, and this theme was my favorite. I listened to it non stop. It’s a dream of an ocean breeze, fast driving car, dreams which we are living by.. Thank you 🙏 Kebu, you are an amazing artist! Next time I’m in Finland I’ll try and schedule to come over and be on your concert!
I was Born in 1987
Born in 1974 here but this theme song and the Miami Vice television series were part of the soundtrack to my childhood.
I m born in 87 to and this music is my child music.
Born in 74, the 80’s will live for all time in my heart
Tallinn IS great . I ve been there two Times ( 2005 and 2013 ) . Denis ( from France) . Go on Kebu
Totally INCREDIBLE! Pure art and greatness on full display! I hope you
keep playing and performing more 80s music.YOU ARE AMAZING!
WHAT A FANTASTIC VERSION!!!
But how can people sit there so quietly? I would freak out in a good way!🤩
Thanx a lot Kebu!!! Greatings from Luxembourg
They are Finnish.🤣👍
Wow. A new live version of the old live version. What a fantastic internet surprise!
Just Found This, Another Brilliant Performance by Kebu !!
Hello Kebu. My name is Denis. Im from Ukraine. I love listening to your beautiful and melodic music, especially when driving my car. Since childhood, I have loved the works of the Koto and Laserdance groups. You are the new wave in this very melodic style. I wish you all the best and new beautiful works.
Sometimes words are just useless so I will stay silent and give it a second listen. What a gorgeous revisit.
Wow! That’s where my Kebu-Story began! I ❤ it!!
Me too!
i think Kebu hypnotized his audience they sitting so calm must be that big screen it has magic
Stunning performance, made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up.
Some things only get better and stronger with age.
Crockett's Theme is definitely one of them!
Crockett Theme meeting Blade Runner. 80's sound in massive dominance. Great sound production! And you are killing that Korg :-)
Kebu is as legendary as this tune!
Coming to Kebu's show is on my bucket list. Love his music.
We love you and your music Kebu.
It was an honor watching this video and magic what this man is doing live on stage,Miami Vice forever
Brings me the memory of the best moments of my life. Next to my parents, who no longer live, we didn't miss an episode! My mother gave me the soundtrack. I keep and listen to it until today. Thanks for posting.
I remember watching the previous version when it was released 10 years ago and was floored! This time around is a HUGE treat. The only thing I missed this time was the smile and enthusiasm while playing. Being now sixty myself, I've seen it with many, many artists. Don't let it be a job!
Ok
Here again, I can't say anything other than: this is the soundtrack of my life.
I've never seen Miami Vice. But I know this theme so well, its one of my favorites, such a classic.
Kebu is such a talented artist it's not even funny. Amazing cover & I can never get bored of this
Great song, great performance. Watched the whole series two years ago...again. Retro ❤
Que versión espectacular Kebu!!!! Felicitaciones por tu música al mejor estilo HAMMER y con reminiscencias del Maestro JARRE !! Abrazo desde Argentina!!
Mistrzostwo świata 😅🎉
so great, kebu, fantastic cover, so incredible production, great an 1000 twices great, thanks for all your magic
Addictive Theme !!
I am so awestruck you`ve taken what is already a classic synth track & evolved it even further as to transfuse new energy & elevate it to another level. You bring a unique energy with your music that sets you apart. I would go so far in my humble opinion to say, you are the future of synth. . I get so much pleasure listening to & getting lost listening to your music Kebu. Encore.
This made my day. Thanks, Kebu. Let's hope this will get at least 2M views.
Thank you sir for keeping this song alive. Excellent mix
Total Utter Legend!! So much awesomeness in 10 years!!
True TALENT that YOU WILL NOT BE SEEING in the future as humans are getting lazy and want to take NO EFFORT in CREATING AWESOMNESS!
This tune never gets boring and every new interpretation is worth listening to! Thanks for reading all the comments and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make something new out of the Knight Rider 2000 Theme (Drive by Jan Hammer). The vibes are awesome and sooo melancholic! Love to Finland 🙂
Aaaahhhh! Miami Vice a very cool tv show of the 80’s 😊👍
Great to hear that you still play this song, I still come back for your version from time to time, and just found this new to me gem.
Jan Hammer would be proud! I loved the show (I was born in 86) but grew up watching all the 80's shows and Miami vice is my all time favorite especially living in Miami from 9yrs old and eventually living the Vice life 🤪😎. #80sLife
Top, top and top!!! 💪💪
Still strong and have a great strong vibe like 10 years ago.
Thank you for creating a time capsule for me.
Love Miami Vice 😊
I just Wish I coulde See Kebu Live !!
The wonderful thing about Jan's music genre is that is timeless and can be played and loved again and again.
Crack a Bartles and James for me, bro.
That version is much better than previous, more 80th vibes!
10 years ago, I discovered you via this very cover of one of my favourite 80s synth tracks (and childhood memories!), and I've been following your progress and career ever since. Many congratulations on your well deserved success.
Simply incredible performance. The audience must be in awe. Those sounds are indescribable using words.

🎼 When I read the comments of people about this music, I see that there is a common emotion and interaction from the 80s, and I am grateful to Jan Hammer, who made time travel possible, for giving us this feeling with his music. Because this is a very precious feeling.🎶⏳
some next level brudda....
Foi a vanguarda dos anos 80
J'adore vraiment ton univers Kebu
Tu as des effets extrêmement surprenants, envoûtants, passionnants.
Tu es un génie et tu es génial.
Je ne sais pas comment tu parviens à gérer autant de claviers, et de plus tu maîtrises à merveille les images qui défilent en même temps que tu joues
Whaou....milles fois whaou
Merci de partager tes vidéos avec nous tous et toutes

Wow. I watched the previous version so many times, love that you've released it again! Less bass bumping on the camera too 😀
No matter when I hear this song, it takes me back to the good old days of Friday night TV. :) I still have my original soundtrack LP they released from the song. Good times and a GREAT rendition of the classic to boot!
I first discovered this song when Children of Bodom would play bits of it live. It's such a great song, great job as always.
