I wouldn't call myself gifted but I really really relate to this. This basically sums up the last 3-4 years of my life perfectly...

Personally I struggle with friendships because I always feel like I have to be learning even during an interaction with friends

@@ForestForThought hey, I am looking to find out where I can meet more gifted people. Especially creative people. Do you know if there are any accountability groups?

We are not lazy, we recharge our cognitive functions ^^
A morning at a formation in group, everyone was tired, not motivated, and others was surprised I got energy 🤣
The Gifted ENTP on the other side were the same. But when people had energy and worked, I was bored.
I think many factors for me: working memory that runs out quickly, nervous fatigue. Exhausted physically, emotionally, mentally, nervously.
Intuition say it's not the right moment.
Often I really want but I can't, because not the energy or capacities at this moment, trying hard to concentrate & wanting to work but impossible.
This video come at the right timing, when my brain need rest.
    A different rhythm & capacities.
(Just to give an idea, not a real exemple) Maybe it's something like a typical person works with moderation for 4 hours to accomplish a project.
An atypical person works their head for 3h30, works intensely for 30 min, to accomplish the same thing.

I appreciate these videos. I'm not sure if I'm actually gifted but the messages you're sharing definitely resonate. I'm extremely involved and active when I'm interested in something and will put minimal effort into things I'm not interested in. This seems to make people think I'm lazy. I had a lot of problems in school/work when I was younger because of this concentration towards what I enjoy. I didn't put all of this together earlier in my life and didn't always understand the frustration directed towards me by others. Now I'm much more "self absorbed" when it comes to my life and I focus on being my own boss as you said.
