the guy slapping was her teacher, back in the days assaulting kids wasn’t uncommon here in Korea unfortunately my father tell me stories about how he got beat up sometimes, also money dictates everything here so pretty much the teachers or other school staff and kids have no power against rich people, you see what they did with her mother. It’s basically like that …
@@quirkyquotareactshe slapped her because she said in school violence was why she was dropping out which reflects on him as he didn't prevent it. It's why they made her mom change the reason on the dropout form to maladjustment.
@@quirkyquotareacts He didn't care if she was dropping out. Just that her reason of dropping out, affected his evaluation in school as the teacher. He only started slapping her because of his own double standard, he said it was okay for friends to slap each other. However, when Dong Eun asked if it was okay for the teacher's son friends to slap his son, he snapped and started slapping dong eun.
This is presented in 2 parts, this is the first part. The second part comes March 10th. This is based on 2 true stories. The curling iron burns happened to a girl over the period of 20 days and her father ignored her complaints saying she must be exaggerating. The other was a man who tried to kill his bullies 12 years after highschool with arsenic and a bomb.
I watched this series 4 times and she quit but it was for bullying and abuse! They made her changed it and paid her mother to say that she quit because she couldn't get along with her peers; I can tell you things that you will miss; I didn't notice so much I missed until the 3rd time watching!🤦🏾♂️
oh when they were “wearing white” they were wearing no bras actually, you guys didn’t realize 😂
😅lllmmp mop 😅😅 lllmmp,,😅m and
😮😮 kk n
It's funny that they didn't. Just like the guy friend said "maybe you just don't have anything" that's why it wasn't obvious to the pastor dad. Hahaha

Why did he slap her tho? Why'd he care so much that she was dropping out?
In Mexico years ago it was also normal for teachers to hit students as a measure of discipline.
@Kpop lover ahh I get it her saying that he did nothing is bad

She eats gimbap because she can’t handle the sound of a grill or food cooking.
That scene where they burned her it did happen but it was in an ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, bullying is a serious thing in Korea
Jesus lol
it was actually middle school, not elementary
please keep reacting this show is SO GOOD
Is EP 2 better?
@@quirkyquotareacts yess, each chapter gets better
@@quirkyquotareacts much better!
The bullying with the iron is a real case that happened in korea
Yes, but it was not as extreme as shown here, I guess. Even if it would happen only once and not multiple times, it's still horrible!
한국 초기교육은 군사교육과 비슷하게 가르쳤다.(since 1960)
I wanted to check how much her mom received to sell her out. $1m won is equal to about $800.
damn!!! she sold her own child for that amount. that's sick
Loving this reaction!
2:45 “a breakup maybe?” OH- HANAHAAHAHAH... way worst then a breakup.

My first time watching you guys and you guys completely ruined the title of this drama for me
Now I'm never going to stop thinking about it 😭😭😭😭😭😭
I love slashers I love horror but the bullying in this is just too real.

the girls are wearing a white shirt without a bra which is quite embarrassing to look at especially at the church.
