Why do you do a test without putting some force on the servo? I can guarantee that if you put some force on it, that it does NOT center at all at 3.7V. At 7.4V it works fine
We have tested the servos under load previously and there was mostly no difference in centering. We have noticed that if the servo is centering ok w/o load, it will most likely center well under load as well. So decided to simplify the tests and run them w/o load.
Are you using your battery charger as a power supply? Had no idea you can do that

@@flightpointrc without load is no use. Servos never operate unloaded. I've just replaced 4 of these in my Stike 3 DLG because they were useless!
As an old man I feel at 3.7 it’s more in time with my skill level😅
