We are taking our 3rd trip on the Liberty on February 9. Beautiful ship...awesome personnel..the food was excellent at buffet..diningroom ..and the specialty restaurants. The Captain was very courteous. Would very much recommend this ship.
Again, a great video. Two things. The large screen on the pool deck was out of service and has been since January. Also, the card room was closed. Also, the Broadway show was cancelled due to lack of the necessary performers. (May 2022)

man i cant wait for my cruise on liberty i have 6 weeks to go and me being a native Houstian and watching multiple ships depart Galveston when i have been down there and have never taken a cruise out of Galveston, this will also be my second cruise with royal Caribbean, cant wait watching this has me hyped for the cruise in 6 weeks
Yeah i was on this cruise in 3rd grade and at 2:05 if you look at the 2 bar looking things on the left there are two tables directly above them. the table to the left and furthest from the camera was our usual table. The Waitress that served us was named Honey and she (for desert only) would bring out OUR orders plus deserts that she knew people liked, that she thought we would like, and the chiefs special once, which was Ice cream in an molded chocolate bowl that you could eat after you finished the ice cream. i also remember that there was a free ice cream machine on deck 11 ( deck 11 had a cool rotating door) with strawberry, vanilla, and a mix of both, and in the pool by the ice cream 23:10 there was a waterfall thing that you could go under and it was great for hide and seek. I also remember that there was a Norwegian family behind us that got Mac and Cheese for their kids and pizza while we (me and my brother) EXCLUSIVELY had Aged Hand Cut Manhattan Strip Steak for EVERY dinner and it was SO GOOD i wish i could have more because it was SO GOOD that you didn't want to eat it because then you wouldn't have anymore and i remember at 0:30 at THAT EXACT staircase my brother was freaking out as we walked down it because WE WERE ELEMENTARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOL KIDS ON A CRUISE SHIP AND WE WEREN'T EVEN RICH. Also i remember that i was super scared of the water slides because they went over the edge of the ship and i was afraid that when i was at the part over the edge the slide would break and i would fall into the sea and i only got over that fear and relived how fun it was THE LAST DAY and i was super sad and also our cabins were on a really low deck level so we could feel the boat rocking and it made it so easy to fall asleep and i remember that i got Mono one day and missed the GIANT rock climbing wall and i remember that the last couple of hours we had left on the cruise me and my brother chilled in one of the fancy glass elevators and would press all the buttons at once and see where it took us and i remember it took us to floor 14 for the LEGITIMATE rich people(edit: it was the suite lounge and we DIDN'T HAVE SUITES) and there was a group of Old ladies eyed us really weirdly because we were in super worn out cloths and i remember that there was a restaurant that over looked the stern of the boat me and my dad went to while my Mom and Bro were buying stuff on floor 5 and i saw something that looked like a Tortilla chips but kinda of shiny and it was DISGUSTING. and also on the back of the boat there was put put golf that was a really well made course and i remember there was a Jamaican man on the flow rider that DESTROYED the competition he was doing handstands and balancing on one leg for 30 minutes before he LET someone else try and our room maid would fold out towels into animals and once they made a monkey that hung from one of the bunk beds OH MY GOSH WE NEED TO GO BACK TO THAT BOAT >:( yeah/i was only 8 years old and my life PEAKED.
That is awesome- thanks for sharing you memories! You're right you don't need to be rich to go on cruises- it's probably the best value in vacationing actually. I'm sure you have even more amazing times to look forward to ahead- stay well!

What a fantastic Video! I love how you used video of the ship immediately upon boarding when there wasn't much activity for the "tour" then spliced in images of those same areas in use and active from later in the trip. What a great idea to show how each space is used and enjoyed!

Thanks for this video. Getting excited for our September cruise! :) Not sure if you flew into Houston, but would you know how it is getting to Galveston from George Bush airport? We arrive one night early and heading straight to Galveston. We're planning to uber there. Is that a good idea? Thanks in advance!
It's about 70 miles away, so you could be paying around $75 via Uber or Lyft. You can also call Royal Caribbean and see how much they charge for the airport shuttle as well. Same thing for the return- a couple days before disembarkation, check with the front desk on the cruise ship and see how much their shuttle to the airport is and compare it to the cost of Uber. Have a great time!
First cruise- that is going to be extra exciting! Your kids (other than the 1 year old) will be able to go to the kid's club so definitely they take advantage of that. For the main dining room lunch (on sea days only) and dinner (nightly) be sure to go there at least 10 minutes before opening and line up so you'll be one of the first to be served to get the fastest service. And be sure to check the schedule of activities (delivered to your cabin every night) to see which event/show you want to check out the next day. Have a great time!

(not movie...) with the crew that works on Regal- and Royal Princess.. and i saw passengers that have the name "Gardiner" and i died.. (gardiner translated to english = Blinds...) 🤦♀️

OMG AHHH I remember the same look of the rooms I remember the rooms hallways ice cream EVERYTHING. 😟I MISS IT SOO MUCH
