Yikes! Can you tell I'm psyching myself out about the little creatures???😳😅 It will all be alright - If I fail, then you guys will be able to learn from my mistakes! Thanks, as always, for your awesome encouragement, Roz. xoxo
Creativity is amazing, Josephine! I'm so blessed to have the time and inclination to play with it...and to have lovely friends like you, girl. Thank you. xoxo
I'm at a loss for words...doesn't happen often to me. Your imagination, visualization and ability to bring everyday items to life in something spectacular is nothing short of amazingly impressive!
It's Daphne! I am on FIRE to prove, over and over, that we can transform almost anything with a bit of glue, joint compound and some cheap paints. Thank you for tolerating my evangelism, girl. 😅😚
Oh, that is the sweetest little vision, my friend. The gentle trickle of water, the soft swaying of branches, and the pitter patter of tiny bare feet! You have made me smile hugely, @PocketSize...thank you. xoxo
Hi Annie! I hope all is well with you, my friend. This kind of technique is the result of a lifetime spent obsessing over these things, girl - while most folks were being productive citizens and having families, I've been relentlessly pursuing MAKING in all various disciplines. 😅 It's my joy to get to condense all of that learning into simple, easy to replicate methods for us ALL to use. Hugs! xoxo
@@Thicketworks your creativity and design execution is just pure genius! I don't know what you do beyond You Tube, but you would make the most FANTASTIC art professor! 😘💜💜💜
That is a truly lovely thing to say, my friend: thank you. I have developed several online courses over the years, but have no formal training in either teaching or the weird stuff you see me play with here...just a deep and abiding passion for both. xoxo
I thought your brick walkways looked great last week, oh but this week they are AMAZING! Whose feet have tread these ancient paths and spent some quiet, in times past? And if you choose to sit a spell, will you feel their presence in shadows cast.... if you listen carefully will you hear a thought from long ago, left behind by someone you don't know? or is just a whisper on the breeze... gently swaying through the trees..... :) I LOVE this garden....
@@Thicketworks WOW!! that is so sweet. Maybe we can meet in the garden and play a sweet tune.... I don't play, but surely somebody there does.... and I could maybe sing along... xoxoxo
Hey girl! #QueenOfCrafts rocks it again! I just love reading the comments of appreciation and admiration, *almost* as much as I love watching your videos. #Inspirational as always. Much love from Merry ol England 💖xx
And I just love seeing your Avatar pop up in my world, Ophelia! TH-cam keeps putting your comments in jail - I think they are automatically hashtag screening 😭🌹
Thumbs up for this one. As I mentioned on FB, could have used this when working on theater, ah shucks, why am I complaining?? I did learn how to make brick work when doing the theater, right. LOL
Ha! Yep, well, if I had developed all of these techniques back then, we would have used 'em in that build, but I think the method taught in the course just gives us more options in the long run, my friend. So glad you are liking this approach, Lois - it's my favorite method thus far! xoxo
I really enjoyed your tutorial, packed with tips and techniques 👏👏👏 Looking so much forward to the next phase and especially the greenery. Want to again thank you for those words of encouragement from your last video 💐💐💐💐
Besides your impressive talent you’re such a great teacher, my dear Heather!!! I always learn something new from your videos!!! Thank you so much!!! 😘😘❤️❤️
Music to my ears, Katerina: thank you kindly. It's always my goal to be able to convey the essence of HOW so that my friends can take the techniques and apply them in whatever way makes sense to them. Huge hugs! xoxo
Wowza! I'm speechless, no words. I love how you transform the simplest of materials into complex imagery. I am super excited that there is more to come = )
Music to my ears, girl. To be able to convey this stuff so that it is actually useful to others is always my main concern, Laurie, and you have helped me to feel good about that...Thank you, darlin'! xoxo
This is absolutely incredible!!! Im watching backwards for sime reason so i have to find out how you make the bricks. Your amazing and just so you know youve inspired this Artist who hasnt been ablento creat in a very long time to get started creating again. Thank you. And this versa tool. I have heard of it but never really knew what it was or what it could do and oh my this is a game changer.
Gorgeous Heather! I love it! I never thought about making bricks from craft foam. Slapping my forehead over that one. I usually use a mold and some paper clay, which is much more expensive. The foam must be nice and lightweight and not prone to cracking or chipping either. And I like how you emphasize the need for variation. It really does make for a more realistic piece.
I love paper clay, but yeah...the expense, the mess, but most of all the DRYING TIME!😅 I'm so darned impatient, Heather. Fun foam is freaking amazing...it's the chameleon of the crafting world! xoxo
Eeeeee!!! Just keeps getting better and better. You is amazing lady! 😘
Hey Kitty! And YOU are a delight, my friend: thank you! xoxo
your voice is so soft and magical sounding. thanks for the tutorial!
Well, that's a lovely thing to say: thank you, my friend. xoxo
Another wonderful video Heather...looking forward to the little Inhabitants 🐲🐉🐾🐜🐛🐌🐞🐝

I did not know that there was a hot cutter. Your little Gothic city is growing. Precious work. Greetings from Spain
I love the VersaTool, Nostromo Altierra - it has so many uses. Thank you for liking the work, my friend. xoxo
These were wonderful tips and tricks you shared with us today. It looks fantastic! I'm really looking forward to seeing the sequels. ❤👍 LG vom Tinchen

It's so beautiful! With all that moss effect, I want to walk around barefoot on all those paths :)

OLE , OLE Y OLE !
Oh, thank you, darling! Hugs! xoxo
Amazing!
Ah, Susan...thank you, my friend. xoxo
Just beautifyl! Would rocks in a coffee can, with the pavers, method work to distress them like the pink foam does? Just curious.
Hey, Anastasia! Unfortunately: Nope. The density of the foam is just a bit too sturdy. xoxo
❤️👏👏👏👏👏
You shine, Lia! 💗
