Dear Zeller, we follow your technical videos about Mitsubishi PLC. Team of Factory Automation Systems Laboratory ( UFASLAB) in Bursa Uludag University Electric & Electronics Engineering
Do you know how to connect SD6180 to HMI as numerical input or incremental and decremental buttons? And show SD6182 as numerical output? And show SD6182 multiplied by some number? When I just created numerical input and chose Device: SD6180 it doesn't work.
Hello, thank you for your question. I will check that issue on my set up. Just one auestion ahead. Are you sure that you are bot overwriting the SD6180 in the program code? Because then you will not be abLE to change the value in the HMI
Once I created the button in GT Designer3 and connected it to the controller. When changing the value in HMI, the voltage at the controller output changed only to 0 or 10. I also used the simulator in GX Works3 and when I changed the value in GT Designer3, SD6180 did not change in GX Works3, but SD6181 probably changed, and to a different value than the specified one. ą@@zellerautomationandplc

Hello, sorry for the late reply. I have just tried it on the simulator mode. It doesn`t seem to work at all. I will try it on my CPU later on. And i let you know the result. @@vektorex7734
I did it myself. You just have to choose "Signed BIN16" as data type to work properly. Everything works like i wanted right now. Thanks for video and trying to help.@@zellerautomationandplc
Here is a video that safes you a lot of time. Mitsubishi FX5U Onboard Analog Output Scaled

Thank you for following my channel. I appreciate that and always like to help.
Mr. Zeller Could you please make a video about Mitsubishi Plc and encoder?
Hi Murat, for which PLC do you need the Video. I have made FX3U and FX5U with an encoder so far.
Here it is. It took a while but finally i had to program a servo press with an encoder th-cam.com/video/nC7xFKY_l10/w-d-xo.htmlsi=WFsFkB78Qy7TfHm-
Thank you for this instructional video.
