Really informative, Kimberly! I don't procrastinate when I craft, but I do sometimes in my job.That lace stash is gorgeous. I also have trouble cutting up lace. I have reams and yet I buy from sellers who send little cut up bits I don't have to cut up my own lace! I I love how your folio is coming along. Perhaps if you starched the lace it might toughen it up for a pocket. I also sew rice paper to lace sometimes to make a stronger pocket. I listen to books while I work. I just love Audible to pieces. You are definitely really knowledgeable about how to overcome roadblocks. Thanks so much for sharing!
The rice paper idea is a great suggestion Dody, TY. As it turns out, I've already made the pocket. I couldn't stop thinking about how to do it and then it came to me last night. I'll show it in the final flip coming up very soon. Yes, everything I said about procrastination applies to other areas of one's life. I hope you got a take away from it. Now I know you chose the right name lacegrl! I'm sad to see this journal come to a close, really loved working on it.

So true how you explain procrastination, you gave good tips. It is not always easy to dig deep into yourself. My craft table has to organized too, otherwise I don't start crafting, but cleaning up haha. I don't "feel" the lace pocket, but also not the sticking out of the middle part, just my opinion 😊.
