1st hunt of the Fall 2024 season. Fun Chukar hunt @ Pheasant Valley. My Browning Pigeon was poppin!

My 17 year old son and I put out 6 Chukars and two pheasants. We put up and dropped all the chukars but couldn’t find one and for some reason we never found and flushed the two pheasants. It was 70 degrees and the cover was thick so Macy tired after an hour and 15 minutes so we headed out.
It was just good to be out again throwing lead at birds after a long hot summer!! 😁👍🏻
I was shooting my “new to me” 1972 Browning SuperPosed Pigeon 20g with 28in barrels. There were only 37 made in this configuration in 1972.
My son was shooting his 12g Browning Citori feather with 28in barrels.
