Thats not the unfinished M3 GTR, it's the street version of the M3 GTR, which can be used in the Black Edition version of the game. You should change the title to STREET M3 GTR, unfinished isnt the correct word.
there's actually a hidden version of the street bmw m3 gtr that has a way different performance attributes and the car also sounds like the camaro ss. surprisingly, the hidden one is stupidly fast, has top speed of 416km/h, the acceleration is ridiculously quick, the handling is very responsive, and the car is also a like plane (almost no downforce and lightweighted)
I’m pretty sure this is just the M3 GTt street version that only in the black version of the game. But what made no sense is that on the 360 version you can spot the AI driving this car
