The sticker indicates wether the figure is authentic or fake. Basically you want to look for ones that have the sticker on it. Otherwise it is considered fake. The difference in colors just means where the product was made. For example the ones made for US would be a different color than the ones that are sold in Japan. Basically just look for the ones with the sticker and you will be fine. Ask for real pictures of the item and ask if the toei sticker is on it or not. If they say it's not on there, you're looking at a fake figure.

im guessing most of the problems are just paint. if you're good enough to repaint it, it would look like the original
