This is reassuring for a staunch former ‘80s arcade kid like me, since that’s the only era I’m drawn to. I tapped out, when the arcades became more and more taken over by fighting games. Respect to those who grew up on that genre, but I just wasn’t one of them. Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Tempest, Joust… all the foundation classics, and the ones that built upon them are my fuzzy memory obsession. My inner child’s mind is blown, having all of them in my living room 🤩🕹️
I've found the best performance on my ALU's is the base coinopsx on a fast samsung usb, about 1800 games, sometimes I put NES, SNES, Atari and maybe some Gensis, but when its just base coinopsx it boots fast. 1sauce def gives you the biggest library of games. Impressive on the dreamcast emulation for sure on an RK3328. A1up uses the RK3399 to run MVC2 btw.
mv2, tekken 3, doa etc runs perfectly on my ALU. Sometimes overperforming with highest frames, you may want to check your hd speed or try another system port like DC vs the arcade
My system does the same thing with N64 games . Seems I’m always playing Sega and Super Nintendo games . I do have Killer Instinct and Mk on dedicated A1-up cabinets . I’m happy with my home options since buying the ALU . I wonder if the new 4K ALU will have better processor performance. Always great content
@@gogeekgaming yeah I’m happy with what we have . If I want the N64 I could always buy a real one. I do get to play Some of the Kong games using NES . I’m really happy with my ALU . As always thanks for the great content Sir
When you have so many games, just searching into them can be nightmarish ! Especially if the only interface is to slide through them all with just the help of alphabetical order !
Hi are you going to review the new version of onesauce 2.0 that came out recently ? Sounds like it provides fix for those who updated to 5.7. Would love to hear your thoughts on it and if it’s worth it.
Everything works great on my system on version 5.68 and I don't plan on ever updating or connecting to the Internet to avoid potentially breaking my legends ultimate arcade.
Run CoinOpsX and One Sauce!

Pac-Man, Tempest, Joust, etc...Classics and origins of our gaming world! It's wonderful we can still enjoy these today.

Great and thx for additional hardware info on A1Up that helps to further explain performance differences 👍
Try running alu performance script. then turn off shders by holding P1 and going down to shaders and trun them off for best performance.
Awesome thx much 😁

I can tell by how your Retroarch menus stuttering framerate that your HDD is slow or something is wrong with your files.
Also, for example n64 runs like shit on retroarch with this set up, audio crackling and all
Wow that's great you're getting that type of performance. I've not had similar luck 🤔
One Sauce V2 out in a few weeks
Oh wow Niiice thx! 🔥
I'd like to see performance of PSX games on this. It's a shame the Legends Ultimate can't run Killer Instinct games properly or Run and Gun 2.
Yeah I know right but maybe in the upcoming 4K versions with more powerful hardware 🤔

Yeah me too the ALU, without the newest firmware, is awesome and yeah I think the 4K version is more powerful.

How can I update the cores on this retroarch build ? , I think it's from Early 2022.
Not sure myself 🤔
