Great video - but it got extremely confusing at 12:00 when you started talking about revenue field mapping. If Rev Arrang. is created based on SO, why isn't RA just pulling the start and end dates from SO? Also, at 12:45, which line pertains to your use case? All those other lines confuse things even further. Thanks.
Our account manager told us that we can't have ARM enabled in our sandbox unless we engage with NetSuite's Professional Services team or a certified ARM implementation partner. We are very disappointed, as we have already paid for this module (which several websites had indicated used to be included with Advanced Revenue Recognition). Did NetSuite change their policies about provisioning accounts for this module? Is it really so complicated that customers can't configure themselves?
